Review: So I had ordered 3 shirts from Custom Greek threads and I payed extra for expedited shipping and custom handling. The time my items were suppose to be delivered they did not show up until another week and a half almost. Then upon finally receiving the items the job quality was horrible letters were crooked an strings were hanging out all over the letters and shirt it self. I tried to contact them for my money back but they refused and said they can redo the item. After they redid the item it took them over a month to send it to me and it was only one shirt that they redid instead of the three and that shirt looked worse than the ones I was reported to them first. This is a horrible business and I will never go to them again and will NEVER SEND ANYONE TO THEM. I would like a full refund for the product especially since I payed the outrageous fee for expedited service.Desired Settlement: The business should refund a persons money when they do such a horrible job and the customer is not happy at all with the finished product especially if you redo it and it looks worse!

Thank you for reaching out to us,We did receive an inquiry from the consumer regarding their product and a refund. I've attached our email conversation illustrating our resolve in terms of a remake, however, only one garment was included in the photo sent to present the garments with issues (why only one was made again). We will gladly remake the order if there were any problems with the new shipment or process a refund should all four items be returned. There has been no communication expressing concern from the consumer since the second package was received, otherwise we would have tried to reach another solution. Review: I ordered a set of custom letters from this company in early november. They took for ever to get me my product and when it arrived it was sent with an error. After several attempts of calling them they told me they would fix it. several weeks passed and they didn't send me anything, I have called several times and they have promised to send my corrected set of letters and they have yet to do so. they have been lying to me and have not sent anything. I urge others to avoid shopping with them as they are crooks and an untrustworthy company. It is early february and I am still yet to receive anything but empty promises.Desired Settlement: Although they claim that they will send me a new set of letters I would prefer that I get my money back as I was forced to buy another set due to their incompetence. The sweater was a gift and shopping with that company cost me a lot more money and time than expected

Review: I ordered a product on 11/22/15, and it was supposed to be completed by 12/07/15 - however, it was not done to the specifics of my order. Now it is 02/19/16 and they have yet to have made my order correctly, routinely ignore my phone calls, don't answer any of my several emails, and tried to charge my card without telling me. This business is dishonest, rude, and should not be allowed to trick others into losing money like this.Desired Settlement: I want the product that I ordered, and I want it done how I ordered. It's that simple.

Communication has been made, the order was personally delivered 2/19/2016, remade, and picked up 2/22/2016. See attachment for note directly from the customer on a new order that has been placed since. Please let me know if any further action is required to help portray the case.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. The business in question, Custom Greek Threads, has already remedied this problem. Thank you for your help in this matter but I would like the complaint removed. We solved the problem later.

Review: This company has THE WORST "customer service" I have EVER dealt with. I paid $300 for 3 sweatshirts a month and a half ago and they have yet to address or fix the issue at hand. 2 of 3 were incorrect and needed to be remade, but to do so, I initially had to use their 'chat' option on their website because I received no confirmation of an e-mail response and their phones said they were closed, despite being withing their 10a-6p operating hours. I have now spoken to 4 different CSRs and I'm starting to believe they are ripping off their customers intentionally. PLEASE LOOK AT THEIR YELP! REVIEWS. The first person I spoke to, [redacted], said I'd have my re-order the 2nd week of Dec. and closed my ticket of complaint because she was going to personally handle it, as she said. Fast forward two weeks, and no correspondence and no jackets. I again chatted with a CSR, [redacted] I believe, and was told they didn't meet their standards (and the first ones did?!) and they were being remade... After complaining that I was not made aware of this, I again chatted with [redacted], who said she had no recollection that she said she'd handle it... Really?! But still, I was told they would be out to me the next week, even with the upcoming Christmas holiday. It is now Dec. 31 and after a CSR I spoke to this morning said she'd check the order and didn't call me back and they are now closed through the holiday, I am irate. Their items are overpriced, they have not delivered the item or on their promise to resolve the issue, there is ZERO accountability within the company (I was told I couldn't speak to a manager because she was on maternity leave... apparently they only have one?!). I personally feel stolen from, not just financially, but my time has been robbed dealing with this matter. Please find a way to shut this poor excuse of a business down!Desired Settlement: I paid for 3 items, and no longer want a replacement of the 2 that were incorrect. The refund should be for approximately $198.28. Thank you.

Review: I bought a set of letters from them in January. They had a tear in the fabric and since then I have been trying to get in contact with them. I have sent them numerous emails, and called them multiple times only to be on hold for 15 minutes and then get transferred to a voicemail they do not respond to.Desired Settlement: I replacement of my letters.

I'm terribly sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for following up. I've attached a screenshot of our email system showing no results using the provided contact's email address. We will absolutely have the order made again at no charge and will gladly provide Tracking information upon shipment. Please let me know what further action is needed on my end other than production/shipment of a replacement.
