I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
This is typical that the dealership would plead ignorance. I have again reached out to the dealership on Friday and spoke to new finance person Trey and he said he would call me back within 2 hrs after doing some research but that did not happen. I had to reach out again on Saturday to the dealership. In the meantime I am driving a car that does not belong to me and has expired 30 day tags. Was told that if they couldn't resolve this by noon today that I could get my car back and the deal would be as if it didn't happen. I'm opting for that option. Never want to do business with this dealership.

We will check paperwork and verify if there is a "we owe" document on file and if so reach out to customer. The we owe document outlines in writing any promises made by us for repairs, equipment, etc to the customer.
