really appreciate it.  Apparently, the Revdex.com has more clout than I do in getting Custom Military to respond.  I only hope Custom Military follows through and ships my order - it will be a miracle.  Thank you again - you're great!

[redacted] I have received my merchandise from custom military and I am totally satisfied. I just don’t understand the lack of communication I tried to have with them but could not. They never pick up the phone or return messages.you can close my complaint thank you

As stated on the website apparel orders take about 5-7 business days to sew and ship,it is six days today. I have received no correspondence from this customer. I have not charged this customer and his order is being processed.

Also, is fair to say that as a business they need to improve not only the customer service but also the poorly communication from the very start on every transaction.I decided to keep the merchandise due to the great quality on each of the ball caps.Excellent job but they've lost me as a future customer due to the reasons above.

I originally paid by a gift card, that card was used up and discarded. How were you refunding? Can you contact me to work out the refund details?

My credit card Company has no record. The phone number this company gave my credit card company has been disconnected. This...

company is on Fraud Alert with my Credit Card Company.This order was placed 3 weeks ago!!I have 28 emails with no response, 5 calls a day for 10 days with no response. Further more when I log into the web site it says my order shipped 1 week ago. I have accounts with ALL shippers, NO label was created for my address in any system from this company.I do not believe anything until I see it.I don't see how you were able to contact this company, we have been trying for over 2 weeks.

delivery.  Because the business failed to provide a shipment date on the order, as their web site claims, I was not able to track the package.  Therefore the approximate delivery time frame has to be estimated.  The order (placed on 12/17/15 showed it was 'shipped' on or about 12/23/15.  If sent via 2 day priority USPS, even with the Christmas holiday, it should have arrived by 12/27/15.  It did not arrive and get delivered until Saturday January 9, 2016.  I am looking for a refund for the charges I paid for the USPS 2 day priority shipping.  The vendor has not indicated that was denied or accepted and my charge card does not show a credit for the $11 dollars paid in advance for the 2 day shipping.  I await further information.Regards,[redacted]

All orders are custom..Handling time is anywhere between 5-8 business days + shipping time.  Order has been canceled and refund sent

I AM VERY SORRY, WE WERE UNABLE TO FILL THIS ORDER AND THE CUSTOMER WAS NOT CHARGED
