Thank you for your correspondence on this matterI have no doubt that there is a misunderstanding or some reason for Mr [redacted] 's perceptionI would like to invite Mr [redacted] down to the dealership to speak with the General Sales manager [redacted] (LD) to revisit the numbers that he and I are confused about as we do not have a $10,mark up on our [redacted] ***sVehicles do, however, depreciate after purchasing and we can go over that as well

Thank you for informing me of this complaintI have looked into this matter and unfortunately as we told Mr [redacted] , we are unable to find a lender that is willing to approve a loanAs stated on the back of the Vehicle Sales Agreement Mr [redacted] had hours to return this vehicle after being informed that we are unable to get this loan approved by any lenderOnce the vehicle is returned we will refund all monies paid to Cutter Dodge Pearl City as a down paymentI wish we could get this loan approved but we are unable to

my apologiesthis is the first day that I have received this complaintPer my service managerWe are not a body shop and recommended to the customer that he should take it to oneWith the customer's consent we had the vehicle towed to a repair facilityWe released that vehicle to El's autobody and the customer had been in contact directly with the auto body shop to include any paymentsWe are no longer involved with this repair

I had the best experience buying a car from *** ***He was very informative, knew exactly what he was talking aboutVery confident and I appreciate that because I wouldn't want to buy from someone who wasn't sure about themselves or the cars being sold He was very patient making sure I was going home with the right car for meI hope he is still there when I decide to come in and trade my vehicle a few years down the roadAll the other lots I went to and salesmen I dealt with don't compare to the service I received at Cutter!
