I am rejecting this response because: The previous visits to the dealership the employees there were rude and very pushy. Also when I  initially signed the contract for the purchase I received a call saying I needed to resign something but I was in the field and on a mission. Then I began receiving phone calls and emails several times a day even though I had already specifically I could not come down for several weeks. The financial institution we visit about refinancing said we were charged more than 125% of what the vehicle is worth and dealing with a $600 payment per month for 75 payments. One payment is more than half of my monthly paycheck.

BUYER BEWARE !!!! BAIT & SWITCH TACTICS USED !!!!!

After my wife's accident we decided to visit Cutter Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Pearl City to replace her car because we had purchased our previous vehicles from them.

After looking at several vehicles we decided on a 2014 Dodge Avenger SXT. After the salesperson told us about the vehicle, looking over the description sticker that was on the windshield and looking the vehicle up online to see the available options and value of the vehicle we decided to purchase it.

After purchasing it we found out that we had been scammed. The vehicle we had purchased as a 2014 Dodge Avenger SXT was in fact NOT an SXT model, but a cheaper SE model. The vehicle we drove home was NOT the vehicle we purchased.

Even though they sold us a base model Avenger SE misrepresenting it as a more expensive and better equipped Avenger SXT, they refused to discount the selling price at all. We came up with the purchase price for the car understanding that it was an SXT, not a sub-quality SE.

Even though we have purchased 3 vehicles from Cutter Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Pearl City over the past 7 years, we will never again buy anything from them.

I am rejecting this response because: there is not more to the story than what I am stating. There is not a misunderstanding. Yes, we know our vehicle a mouth decreases when we drive it off the lot, but there is no way it would decrease that much, and yes it does matter when we try to refinance it, and are unable to do so because we were over charged.

my apologies. this is the first day that I have received this complaint. Per my service manager. We are not a body shop and recommended to the customer that he should take it to one. With the customer's consent we had the vehicle towed to a repair facility. We released that vehicle to El's...

autobody and the customer had been in contact directly with the auto body shop to include any payments. We are no longer involved with this repair.

It seems like they are making it seem like the problems doesn't exist. When I first dropped it off I told them the problems but had to explain it again 3 days later because they thought I said the trunk light wasn't working but I said the trunk light flashes while I'm driving saying that the trunk is open. Also they thought I said the brakes was bad but I told them the brakes squeak. They gave me a loaner car on August 25,2015 but have not contacted me about my car.

There is more to the story than what you are stating. We need you to come in and see the General Sales managers and I assure you that he will not be rude or pushy. We want to clarify what is happening and we do not have any control over what another institution values your car at. I apologize for what you are going through as I know you are stressed. I would like to invite you in to the dealership so that we can try to resolve your situation.

Thank you for informing me of this complaint. I have looked into this matter and unfortunately as we told Mr. [redacted], we are unable to find a lender that is willing to approve a loan. As stated on the back of the Vehicle Sales Agreement Mr. [redacted] had 24 hours to return this vehicle after being...

informed that we are unable to get this loan approved by any lender. Once the vehicle is returned we will refund all monies paid to Cutter Dodge Pearl City as a down payment. I wish we could get this loan approved but we are unable to.

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. We are and have been in contact with the manufacturer about the parts process and availability and will absolutely extend the rental until the parts come in. My service manager will be in contact with Mr/Mrs [redacted].
