Our Technician Adam who came out was Professional, explanatory in easy terms, Friendly & Thorough. I can’t express how pleased I was with his Inspection of our Home and we had a list of many concerns where Adam at CW Electric Services inc clearly calmed us to peace. He presented us with proposals of future needs and quoted us before he left. Thank you Adam and Thank You CW Electric Services inc.

Jon K arrived at the house on Tuesday, the 22nd, after 12 as scheduled. He was very courteous and professional. I showed him what needed to be done according to our contract with CW Electrical and he promptly started work. We were very pleased with his service and feel a lot safer with the work being completed.

I found that CW Electrical was very unreliable and did not keep their word. I scheduled an appointment a week in advance in June, 2019 and they did not show-up when promised nor did they bother to even call. When I called them, they had no record of scheduling my appointment. They did not try to schedule an appointment ASAP, rather they tried to "fit me in" a week later. I protested and they agreed to waive the Trip Charge for my inconvenience.
They did show up the next week, however when they created the bill, they included the Trip Charge. I brought this to the attention of the Electrician and he told me to contact the office the next day. I contacted them the next work day and they agreed to remove the charge. Two calls later and a month later, they still have not reversed the charge.

08/08/2019RESPONSE TO COMPLAINT FILED BY ***WE HAVE RECENTLY MADE A CHANGE TO OUR MERCHANT PROCESSOR AND THE SYSTEM IS NOW TIED INTO OUR DISPATCHING/INVOICING SOFTWARE. UNFORTUNATELY, WE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO REVERT CHARGES OR PRODUCE A REFUND. THIS REQUEST WAS SENT TO OUR BOOKEEPER WHO WAS ON VACATION. WE APPOLOGIZE TO THIS CUSTOMER AS THIS WAS NOT OUR INTENT TO KEEP THE TRIP FEE OF $49.99 WE SIMPLY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO REFUND. WE HAVE SINCE LEARNED HOW TO DO THIS AND CAN ONLY APPOLOGIZE FOR THIS DELAY. THIS CHARGE HAS BEEN REFUNDED TO THE CUSTOMER AS OF 07/26/2019AS FAR AS THE SCHEDULING MISCUE, AGAIN, CHANGING OUR SYSTEM LEFT US SCRAMBLING FOR A FEW WEEKS AND A FEW CUSTOMERS WERE NOT TRANSFERRED FROM OUR OLD SYSTEM TO THE NEW. THIS CAUSED MANY HEADACHES AND MOST CUSTOMERS WERE UNDERSTANDING OF THE ISSUES CAUSED BY THIS CHANGE. AGAIN, OUR APPOLOGIES. WE HAVE MADE THIS CHANGE IN ORDER TO SCALE WITH OUR GROWING CUSTOMER BASE. WE ARE GAINING CONFIDANCE EACH DAY AND ARE NOW BACK TO NORMAL OPERATIONS.

I found that CW Electrical was very unreliable and did not keep their word. I have used this Company on several occasions. They have always been professional and courteous. There has never been issue with the work done. I would use CW Electrical Services again.

Excellent customer service, professional technician, reasonably priced timely service. Jon, the technician, took extra time to explain to me what he was doing, which was appreciated because I was having an issue installing the light fixture myself. I would use CW Electrical Services again and I would recommend to others looking for electrical services.
