I ordered a month supply for $14.99 and they charged me an additional $70.00 for 2 more bottles in which I didn't order or authorize.
I ordered a bottle of supplements with test strips for $14.99 on 5/2/2020 and on 5/9/2020 I was charged an additional $70.00 for 2 bottles of supplements that I did not order or authorize payment for! I've tried finding a customer service number and found nothing but an address. I just want my money back for the bottles I didn't order! I've attached the slip that was inside the 2 bottles I did not order.

Canceled order Item plus additional items sent called company for refund refused still have product unopened. Overcharged now subscription.
On Feb 17 I ordered a keto suppliment on line 5 min after doing so called company tried to cancel order they basically refused saying it was too late. Keto suppliment delivered along with colon cleanse which I did not order. The web Site said something like under $40. I fiqured lesson learned Id eat the $40.00 then got a second delivery Of the same products a month later. Just got my credit card bill was charged $85.00 and $118.88 for each delivery. Called the company today to send pack unopened products for refund basically told I could only get a 70% refund for the second shipment. I told them it was unacceptable and any legit business would refund 100% after I returned product in original packaging un opened. I will be in addition notifying my credit card company as well to dispute the charges. I can send proof of product un opened with a photo. I also have the original packaging and packing slip. I can provide copies of my credit card bill as well

I simply wish to return the products in original packaging not tampered with and factory sealed for a full refund.

My credit card company which I also submitted a complaint to was able resolve the issue and I was fully refunded thank you so much for looking into it definetly a shady company I was lucky won't make a stupid mistake like that again lesson learned. Thank you so much for your help

Order was misleading suppose to be only $38 ended up charging me $192! I called immediately and was told six weeks by mail order was 8/14 nothing!!
Called immediately was told no refunds until I threatened legal action then told it would be six weeks and that was on aug 14, I called the number on bank statement it does not work I don't scam people and expect the same. Also was told they can't reverse and put money back on my card that's ridiculous if u ask me. How can they get money off my card if they can't put it back I'm extremely annoyed. This is fraud

This was suppose to be a free trial. Didn't see anything that it was a subscription. No where did it give any prices. Just charged my account.
Saw a special on the internet.FREE TRIAL JUST PAY FOR SHIPPING. This was a scam. On August 16, I ordered two products. I was charged shipping of $6.95 each. They processed the order on August 19th and I received them August 26th. On August 31st, I was charged $84.95 automatically by a company I didn't even order from. Which obviously is affiliated. I just happened to write all of the information down. Never got an email in regards to anything on the order just a tracking number. So when the charge came thru I called the number immediately and was informed that I clicked a button approving a subscription. I'm very careful not to click anything like that. So the operator said I had 14 days to cancel as of August 16th when the order was places. I wanted a full refund but she refused to do it. She only gave me a refund of $25.49. I should have disputed the whole amount with my credit card company because I can't find anything on the internet about these products. So what is truly in the capsule? I want them to issue a full credit. The operator did cancel any further charges on this so call subscription, that I know I didn't sign up for. I also sent them several emails that I wanted a full refund not a partial.

The charge was $84.95 less credit of $25.49, if it's put thru properly. I'd like the remainder refunded to me in the amount of $59.46.

Our company strives to provide high quality products and exceptional service. We take complaints very seriously, However after exhausted investigation, The Customer can not be found in any of our Customer Data-base

It has been found that some non legitimate company's will use our Customer Service info, number, and even our Name and sell Fraudulently to unsuspecting Customers.

We are certainly not a scam and have tens of thousands of very satisfied customers. We suggest that this customer do some further checks as to who would have billed her.

Since the customer was not found in our database , we consider this complaint resolved and this matter closed.

They robbed my mother. They wont cancel your subscription that you didn't sign up for and will scam you if try to return product and get refund(they life and say they never recieved). Only way to stop is to cancel your card and get new account

I never ordered this ***. I called the 800 number fthe number my cc statement. I was hung up on 4 times. I hungup on 4 times

This is a scam business. Don't do any business with them. They need to be removed from the shelf!

My mother passed away on 2/2/19 & an order for this garbage was placed on that day! It sure wasn't placed by her. She weighed all of 110 lbs & would NEVER have bought this stuff. I tried calling them & the phone rings once & then nothing. Also the charges (2 that I have seen on her credit cards statements get higher each order..First one I saw was $53.73. The second was $89.95. I can't even ask her if she even really signed up for the "free trial".

They charged me after I cancelled my trial.
I received an email with an order date of 2/24/19.I called on 3/10/19 14 days laters as it was a 14 day trial. Then on 3/11/19 they charged me $79.97 and $29.99. They said I ordered on 2/23/19. I am going by the email they sent me showing the order date of 2/24/19.

Desired Outcome

I want them to honor the 14 days, from the date on the letter they emailed me. I also think they need to change their advertising. 14 days from the day you order, and it takes a week to get to you. You cannot possibly see results in that time. They also make it very difficult to find the information about the trial offer. They are deceptive.

They have issued me a refund.

CW Garcinia charged my credit card for the last 7mths for $1061.53 while on deployment without authorization I only authorize a one time transaction.

I ordered a trial product and I was authorizing CW Garcinia to charge my credit card for shipping of $1.65 and for the last 7 mths while I was on deploment unknow to me products where being sent to my home and my credit cards was charged for $1061.53. I did not order a Mango Cleanse $78.98 or Natural Garcinia Cambogia $83.95.I have just returned from deployment and while I disputed the charges with my credit card company I am still being charged for products I am not ordering. I have tried to contact said company;however, to no avail, they cannot be reached or I am told they do not have an account with me.The customer cr is of no help and the accounting firms they use to charge my accounts are NULIFE ACCOUNTING@NU FL AND ALT1W.COMACCOUNTING@AL FL. This is very wrong and this comapny should not be allowed to do the things they are doing to customers.

I want this comapny to stop charging my credit card and do not send me any more products. I also would appreciate if this comapny advertise their product correctly and detail that your will be signed up customers for a subscrition based on a trial. Offer customers the option and do not just signed them up so they can choose to order or not your product. I wasn offer that option and I think that this is fraudulent advertising. This company should be put out of business especially if they have no means to contact them.

My credit card comapny ruled in the favor of this business stating that I did not cancel my recurring charges prior to the prescribe date. I want my money back and I sent back all the products except the first one and they still refuse to give me back something I did not sign up for to my knowledge I was only paying for a one time shipping fee for a trial product not subscribing and no where when I order the product did it display I was ordering a subscription. I am so upset that I have to pay over a thousand dollars for something I didnt want and I also shipped back all products.I will write all nasty reviews everywhere and I will let everyone know what they did this is ridiculous.

Misleading Website. Free trial becomes an almost $180 a month auto-ship. Bank of America called me to inform me of their practices.
Using my smartphone, I was induced to order a FREE trial of Garcina for $4.95 shipping. The website popped up YOUR ORDER IS NOT FINISHED YET, and it was an advertisement to add another product, AFRICAN MANGO CLEANSE. I did not want it, and there was no way to select NO. So, instead of proceeding, I wanted to cancel the whole thing. The only way to clear out was to close the browser. I did. My debit card was charged three times. I am a computer guy, so no way did I accidentally submit the order more than once. Their Ad was a lie - the first order did submit, and the confirmation said YOUR ORDER IS NOT COMPLETE YET. My statement showed three charges - $4.95 for the GARCINIA and two for $4.94 for AFRICAN MANGO ABSTRACT. My bank called me for suspicious activity. They said that these people are notorious for never stopping the auto ship. Customers resort to cancelling their debit card to get a new one, but VISA/MC just gives these crooks the NEW CC NUMBER! Bank of America cannot stop them. They said all you can is try to do is call. Well, the first number on the CC for GARCINIA was 888-906-3160. This loops into other "Free Money" promotions off shore, where crooks try to get your CC information. I got cussed out by a belligerent Pakistani. The second number on the statement for the AFRICAN MANGO ABSTRACT was 229-232-8490. This "looping message" number hung up on me five times. It did say PRESS 2 to leave a message, or continue to hold. I held. It hung up. I left a message - twice. No response. I kept calling and calling. FINALLY got a rude customer service person who did not acknowledge anything that I shared with him about how difficult it was to get through, and how misleading their practices were. Clearly he did not care, and had a slick, aggressive answer for everything. Said he would refund money and cancel the order. Box showed up 3 days later. Looking to return, and re-affirm cancellation of "fake" subscriptions.

I do not want any more charges on my card. I do not want any product. A box showed up today, AFTER I cancelled the subscription verbally (only way to do it.) I NEED TO KNOW THE ADDRESS TO RETURN THE BOTTLES, AND I DO NOT WANT ANY MORE CHARGES OR PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY! Thank you!!

We didn't even sign up for a free trial. When we contacted this company, they told us that we had , and that the terms were clear that we would be charged after the trial. Trial of what??? We didn't receive anything to even try. At first, the company was offering to refund 25%. After my wife applied more pressure, he went up to 50%. Once I got on the phone and began asking for specific company information, letting their rep know that I intended to file fraud charges, he gave us 100%. This is absolutely, 100% scam.

I would give a zero if I could. Signed up for the free trail. No fine print. Ships with no information. Next month sent another order that I did not agree too and charged my credit card $169.87!!! Now I have to return at my expense by a set date to get a refund. Unreal. Customer service is clearly a call center. She keep trying to keep me signed up for different discounted rates. Avoid these people. Scammers. I can't believe Sister Wives is tied up with these scammers. They should be ashamed.

According to their website, customer must cancel "On or before day 14, by contacting company by telephone." That's exactly what we did, but the woman that both my husband and I spoke with said that we were a day late. We called ON DAY 14. My husband called first, because he was charged $84.06. He was told that they would only refund 30% of that amount. When I got home from work, I called them. The same woman that my husband spoke with was on the line. According to her, my husband "agreed" to the 30%. He most certainly did not. She wouldn't listen to a word that I said (same with my husband). She literally sounded like a broken record, and wouldn't refund the rest of the amount that they had ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT to withdraw in the first place. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! It's a total scam.

Do Not order from this company. It is a scam. They sell via online free trials with terms and conditions that can never be viewed again after purchase of the free trial. No time during the conversation did I agree to have a reoccurring charge to my account, was not told I need to cancel anything. I even ask "The shipping is all that I will be charged for" He's response "Yes ma'ma that is correct" Very deceiving company! Billing me under 2 different names. This company has bullied me without my knowledge and keep making excuses not to refund my money.
This company advertises a FREE 14 day trial you juts have to pay for shipping In the amount of 9.95$. Upon checking my credit card statement I saw two charges from this company for $79.98 US dollars. When I contacted them they said I was signed up for a membership where I would receive reoccurring shipments of the product. 1. I dint not sign up for a membership. No where on the order form was anything about a membership mentioned. 2. I was billed on the day that I canceled the account. I was told that I would need to return the products to receive a refund. Now with that being said why wasn't a trial sized bottle sent. They sent a full sized bottle for each product. One contained 60 capsules and the other 30. According to the label one capsule should be taken twice daily and the other bottle instructs you to take one capsule once daily. This would mean a 14 day trial should contain one bottle of 28 capsules and one bottle of 14 capsules. The company intended on billing me for a full sized bottle that's why they sent it. They never mention once in their site what you will need to return anything. I contacted this company multiple times and they told me that I wasn't charged twice. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told that there wasn't one available to take phone calls. After insisting I was connected to a supervisor who disconnected the line on me. Finally after calling again someone said I was charged twice one for each medication. I have already returned the product and still haven't gotten a refund. Now that are telling me that they have to receive the product to their warehouse and inspect it. I'm sure they will come up with some other excuse if I keep calling. They should expect a used product after all they are advertising a free trial. They also do not mention that these products are NOT FDA APPROVED OT THAT EXCESSIVE USE CAN CAUSE LIVER ISSUES! They are definitely out to con customers.

Forskolin and Garcinia, not realizing it was a subscription. I am returning the package that was delivered unopened. I was charged $74.92 AND $84.90.
