Company refuses to issue refunds
Company misleads people into subscription services. They then tell you to mail the product back for a refund and to wait 4-5 weeks for refund to appear on statement. After you wait the 4-5 weeks your tracking no. from usps is no longer valid so they say they can't do anything. After emailing proof of shipment received, they tell me they cannot process any refund for technical reasons. No other explanation.
Refund in the amount of 159.71 and an apology
Do Not order from this company. It is a scam. They sell garcinia slim and cleanse slim via online free trials with terms and conditions that can never be viewed again after purchase of the free trial. They send no email correspondence and will charge your credit card under different business names, BetterLife Garcinia, WellbeingK2, Today HealthX and HealthLooksTMV, possibly more. They are rude and will hang up if you ask them to explain the charges and will refuse to discuss terms of agreement.
