It is correct that you provided your ID but you denied to provide a picture of the creditcard used where only the last 4 numbers and the name need to be shown like the sample we send you. So for us it seems like you used a creditcard that doesn't belong to you and that's the reason why you are hostile in this situation.Your argument that you had a security concern is enervated no one can use a creditcard with only the last 4 number.
