The customer called in stating that the order was never placed, now the story has changedThe customer was told that since the order has shipped (tracking was available) it CANNOT BE CANCELLEDWe never told the customer that the order is non returnable, for our return
policy which is clearly stated on our site says other wiseAs a matter of fact we advised the customer to reject the package for a refundThe customer was very rude and would not cooperate, stated that it was us who stole his money and he never placed the orderIf I remember correctly the customer also "recorded the conversation" without consent of our teamThe conversation ended with the customer stating that a charge back will be filled and have not heard back sinceMid last week an A-Z claim was open by the customer on *** to get the issue resolvedSINCE we have the item in our possession a full refund will be issued for the orderThe reason for the delay is because, a return process and *** was not started for and by the customer to have this handled promptly.
As of today 4/the order has not yet been refunded BUT marked in our system to do soWe now have to continue to work with *** to have the refund issued to the customer

Cycleplicity: Product miss Represented
Had a battery listed for a Suzuki LTEF ATVUpon receiving, I discovered that the battery they listed does not fit in the stock battery boxBefore sending my complaint to them and asking for a refund, I checked with the manufacture of the battery and found that they did not even have the battery I purchased listed as recommended for my ATVI attempted to contact cycleplicity through email, PayPal, and their customer serviceI received one response from an agent stating that they will look into the matterHowever, it has been a few weeks now and have not received any new responses

Placed an order with Cycleplicity on Wed evening 11/18/for *** *** products for my new snowmobileStuds, backers, and carbidesBest prices I could find online and shipping was fairReceived a polite order confirmation Email AM Thr 11/including "This item will be shipping directly from the manufacture and takes about 1-business days to process and then ship directly to you." Before 12:PM on Thr I received an Email that my order was shipped! On Sat 11/21/my complete and correct *** order was delivered by 10:AMCould not be any happier with this transaction!

clearly stated on our site says other wise. As a matter of fact we advised the customer to reject the package for a refund. The customer was very rude and would not cooperate, stated that it was us who stole his money and he never placed the order. If I remember correctly the customer also "recorded the conversation" without consent of our team. The conversation ended with the customer stating that a charge back will be filled and have not heard back since. Mid last week an A-Z claim was open by the customer on [redacted] to get the issue resolved. SINCE we have the item in our possession a full refund will be issued for the order. The reason for the delay is because, a return process and [redacted] was not started for and by the customer to have this handled promptly.  As of today 4/18 the order has not yet been refunded BUT marked in our system to do so. We now have to continue to work with [redacted] to have the refund issued to the customer.
