Hello,
The customer sent the item back without authorization. Since the there was an error on our end, a pre paid shipping label was to be sent to the customer along with an rma number. The customer chose to ship the item back with out our authorization, therefor as stated in our policy, a 15% restocking fee will be applied. The customer was issued a refund for the amount of $158.90 for the order. We are not responsible for return shipping cost, as stated above the customer decided to take matters into his own hands without consulting with us first.

The refund for $59.02 was issued to the customer for the difference in shipping TWICE!!!!!
Therefor the customer received $118.04 back.

The order was purchased through [redacted]. The refund was issued to [redacted]. That is how it works.  The customer just said that [redacted] emailed him stating that a refund was issued. As stated before a full refund was issued for this order.
