My wife ordered a mirror from cymax and of course it can broken in two places.One crack is over inches and another is very small, however it is indeed brokenAfter inspecting the broken mirror we spent a good deal of time re-packing and taping the mirror in the original packing and provided box for returnThis of course would have been too easy, cymax wants us to re-open the box and take pictures of the broken mirrorSo much for trust, huh?I do not see anything on their website about taking pictures of broken merchandise to get a refundRecently purchased a double vanity with a marble top and mirror from Wayfair and everything arrived in one piece!!! Do not buy from cymaxVery upset Terrible customer serviceMaybe I should take picture of their broken product and post them on the internet for all to seeWill not purchase from cymax again

Ordered a headboard and received it within days Unfortunately there was a dent in the middle so I contacted customer service I promptly received a replacement Overall, a very pleasant experience

Given some of the complaints I read regarding this business, I entered into this transaction with a little apprehensionI purchased a Birmingham bookcase by Bush and paid the expedite shipping to get it to me before the weekend Everything went off without a hitchThe package looked like it had a few gouges in it, but thanks to the Styrofoam padding, all parts were in good orderAll the hardware was there and the instruction booklet was well illustratedThank you, Cymax

The table is lovely and the perfect size for my and year old so I would recommend the product.! However the table did arrive damaged which you do not expect when you order a brand new tableWe decided to tape up the damaged area rather than send it back as we need somewhere for our children to sit and eat (we have just moved house and currently have no furniture at all)It is just disappointing as you expect it to arrive in perfect condition Delivery was also longer than I believed it would be as it took days after it was shipped to arrive so I could have bought it somewhere else and had it delivered quicker

What a horrible experience! We ordered and purchased a dining room set on August It was finally delivered around August and it was damaged [redacted] We returned it for a set that wasn't damaged That's when the horror show started We couldn't get a delivery date for the replacement set REMEMBER CYMAX IS STILL HOLDING ONTO $2,of our money One excuse after another The latest and last excuse was they were waiting for photos from [redacted] the freight handlers to prove what we were saying was correct and we weren't lying We were told that our word or the word of the freight handlers wasn't good enough We requested a refund and are still waiting for the confirmation The price went up on the dining room set by about $ All we wanted was a replacement set for the one that was damagednot to be accused of lying or making stuff up
