I clicked no because it has been months and I still have no refundThey said a check would be issued on the 10th after I jumped through many hoops and my son has been living with a 10xhole in his bed! I have waited patiently for days and no check has arrived in the mailI am worried that if I click yes I will be waiting another months for my refundThis is really sad that so many people have had the same experienceWhen I receive my check I will accept that the issue has been closed until then it remains open as far as I can seeThis company takes way longer than is appropriate to honor their word

Excellent customer service! Shipped replacement parts FAST! Very happy with the bed frame purchased! Highly recommend their furniture!

the company sold a futon that broke down right away. The legs on the futon was not sturdy then the springs began to poke through the faux leather cutting anyone sitting on it. I called and they replace parts, but do not give refunds even when I was in warranty. Then the one year warranty is a bad idea for furniture.
