This company lies/misleads and over charges They changed my air filters as part of an annual maintenance I had with them, charged me $for each air filter I said that's awfully high for an air filter The woman said that these are really good air filters, they're $filters and they last a year They were 20x25xair filters by *** Online they can be purchased for $each One was a 20X20Xfilter by *** *** *** and that one costs $from a local distributor I was also charged $for that filter So quite the mark up indeed When I called the company project manager questioning their charges, he said, well we are not online When they had come to install the filters, they didn't have the filters they needed even though they had done extensive work on my system They had to come back After years, my trane system, per them, had a leak They wanted to run a test to find out where and wanted to charge $ I had someone else test it for $ The second company agreed there was a leak, it was in the coil AC by J quoted me $1,for a coil replacement that was under warranty, so this is just for labor Daniel, the project manager, said they would deduct the prior diagnostic of $from that price When they got here with the coil, they said, oh no, it would cost more They'd have to remove the closet shelf and trim around the attic entrance and they couldn't put the shelf back I'd have to have someone else do that Mind you, they installed the whole unit without removing the shelf through the same entrance Daniel is the project manager I dealt with Total loser After telling me he would deduct the diagnostic charge from the $1,500, when his people came out they weren't honoring that verbal commitment Daniel made I had written notes verifying my conversation with him and had verbally verified the $1,cost twice with him I asked them to take their coil and leave Will never work with this company again

Yesterday Tim Awas out to perform a spring check up on our HVAC system Tim was extremely professional and explained his findings and recommendations in a way that was easy to understand Unlike other HVAC service providers I have used in the past, Tim did no rush through the service appointment He was very thorough and took time to educate me on what he was doing and the things I can do to extend the life of our HVAC system As a first time customer, I was very pleased! I will definitely use AC by J again in the future
