Dear Sir or Madam:
I am writing this letter regarding a HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT (that involved a trailer owned by (DM WORLD)
located at ***. Longwood, FL. 32750 that destroyed my property.
On Friday 10-25-2019 at 7:19 AM a trailer owned by DM WORLD was making a turn near my property located at
***. *** Linda, CA 92354 and destroyed my fence and left the scene of the accident.
l called the police and reported a HIT AND RUN ACCIDENT. The report it is LL 192980029 by the Department of
San Bernardino County Sheriffs Ofce. San Bernardino, California.
Photos and a Flash Drive are attached along with emails from DM WORLD showing damages to my property
involving their TRAILER with their company name on the trailer. I talked to the claims department '
at DM WORLD and their telling me any rig can pull their trailer therefore their not responsible.
If they cant track who is pulling their trailer that should not be my responsibility to track it for them.
Again by viewing the ash drive you can clearly see their company name on the trailer as the
trailer rips my fence apart. I had to pay $850.00 to get my fence repaired (attached is the invoice).
I talked to David *** about this problem and he said their should be no problem on reimbursement because
their company name is on the trailer that destroyed my property. Then a few days later l received an email
from Charlie *** from the claims department saying their not responsible because the rigs name is blurred
on the video. I also contacted the transportation manager ***@***.com on November 13, 2019
and received the same response that their not responsible. l would appreciate your assistance in resolving
my complaint. I would like to receive a full amount of $850.00 from DM WORLD.
