Purchased vehicle on 11/27/still have not received the title to the vehicle
Purchased a Chrysler 300C on November 27, Never received the title via mail like advisedUpon calling the dealership they stated there was an issue with the mileage and needed to be corrected by the stateWe are going on three months and I still have not received the title to the vehicle I have purchased and I can not even register the vehicle or drive the vehicle legally

We purchased a used truck from Booneville Ford on October 29, We have waited until 11/30/and still not received a title We (*** *** and myself) have contacted the dealership They have now informed us that the truck has a lien against the title for the amount of $10,to the state of Indiana for child support and we cannot get it titled
It is my understanding that this is an illegal process, as the dealership is to guarantee a clean title I also feel the bank *** *** in Booneville) is at fault for allowing a loan on a title with a lien against it
I am asking for assistance in recourse

I paid a deposit on a BMW X3. Contract stated I get a refund if my husband did not approve. He thought it was a bad deal. We bought elsewhere. better
Salesman was [redacted] ? In the new BMW sales. The deposit was to holit pending my husbands approval. I paid $500 under high pressure. Visa. Several days later he followed up. I told him I did not want the car. Then he started trying to cut the price. I said, no, I found a better deal.why didn't you give the lower price at first. He said they would refund.
I talked to the accounting guy after I saw the charge was not removed from my bill. He went into a big spiel about keeping the car off the sales floor and that I bought the same car somewhere else. ( it was not the same. It had a bigger engine
Then told me he was not refunding the deposit.
It was a cash deal, no financing. The sales manager was a real [redacted]. As if keeping it was my punishment for buying elsewhere.
