Hi [redacted] , We’re sorry that you’re not happy with the outcome of your project, as we strive to provide all of our customers with a great experience If we make a mistake we always want to make it right, but as we’ve communicated numerous times in writing and on the phone with you, the issues with your roof were due to improperly installed skylights from another contractor, as was reinforced in the inspection report that you solicited and sent to us We recommended replacing the skylights to avoid future issues while estimating your roof project, but you decided against it and declined, as indicated in the contract you signed with us (and specifically initialed to decline on our contract skylight disclaimer) We guarantee and gladly service all work we perform, but unfortunately we can’t do so when the error was made by another contractor and the customer declines to have the issue fixed during their project with us We highly recommend you pursue resolution with the contractor who improperly installed your skylights

Yesterday some guy named [redacted] came by from Reve says it was a Hour Drhe inspected the work on the house and agreed that there was damage to the house my understanding is I was working with all side windows that was hired by Reve who is lying to Reve about the job that I had been done to my house it's been a crazy adventure Reve agrees to come up with a plan to fix the problem

I am pleased with my roof and guttering but am so very frustrated with getting my chimney fixed. I have been told over and over someone would be over by the end of the week but still no one has come. I have spoken, sent emails and text messages to the office manager Jenn and the project manager Chris with each one telling me someone will be out but still nothing has been. I have asked them if I need to get someone else to come fix it then send them the bill but of course they declined. All I want is for my chimney to get fixed.

I am rejecting this response because:
As stated in my letter that was sent to your office the sales person who did the paperwork for the siding and the gutters told me I could not get financed for the gutters but did however get approved for the sidingI told him at that time lets go for the siding and when that is done, we could DISCUSS putting gutters on if at that time I had enough credit available on my credit cardHe came back and told me the financing for the siding was approved but at a very high rate and if I had anyone who could CO-SIGN for me we could possibly get it loweredMy daughter agreed to CO-SIGN for meBy the time I had received all of the paperwork which took quite awhile because it was never sent to me as I was not the owner of the loan and my daughter was out of state visiting her GrandmotherWe realized that the sales person lied to me and my daughter because he did not make my daughter a CO-SIGNER like we were told that was what we were doing, and that he had made her the primary carrier of the loan it was already way past thirty days But I did however immediately contact the sales person who proceeded to tell me that he had to do it that way or the loan would not have been approvedWhich was a lie because I was already told by the sales person I had been approved but at a higher rateAnd we were never told that he didnt make her a cosigner until it was all said and doneI then contacted Greensky who told me that was the way the sales person wrote it out and there was nothing they could do about it, that I needed to contact the sales personSo I called back to the sales person and told him that was not correct and I wanted it fixed because my daughter did NOT agree to anything other then being a CO-SIGNER and neither did INeedless to say he never fixed it as all he wanted was to make a sale at whatever cost to other people involvedThe day the gutters were installed they showed up unannounced and said they were there to put my gutters onI told them they were not my gutters and they were not to put them on my house, and I would call the sales person and get this straightened outThe sales person proceeded to tell me we did get financed for them and I told him we did NOT and I did not have enough credit on my cc to pay for them and if he would just look at the paperwork her would see that I did not get financed for the guttersAs I was on the phone with the sales person they were outside proceeding to put the gutters on my house after I had stated they were not mine and they were not to put them on my houseI did receive gutter that were not mine and did try every resource I had to try to pay for them and did tell the sales person I would do what I could but I am unemployed and have been for quite some timeAfter talking more to the sales person more about the loan and realizing how I and my daughter had just been lied toI could not in good conscience agree to sign anything from your company and feel that I was not getting lied to againAs I have been deceived through this whole entire process, and am still waiting for my siding to be completed as that has never even been dealt with as of yet Nor has the fact that my trim that I paid for has been ruined with white caulking smeared all over it by your contractor who is installing itI have also been the one cleaning up all of the trash left here from what work has been doneI will send you a bill for my cost in labor and cost of getting a dumpster for all of this garbage that is all over my yard and the paint and supplies and labor for me to go around and paint all of my trim that has been ruined Your company has not once mentioned any of the concerns I have had to deal with all you are concerned about is your guttersAnd I am not clear on why you are telling all of these people to call me that I have heard from today but they are not the people who can do anything about these issues between us

We have fixed the roofing leak that the customer had and resolved all of the issuesWe always bring extra material to each job as we don't want the installer to run out of materialWe did not buy or charge the customer for any excess materials

We regret that we had to cancel the contract in place for this job, however all of our written contracts explicitly state that we have the right at any point to cancel the contract at our discretion. While we never want to cancel a contract with a customer, this situation required it as the price quoted was based on a significant understatement of the materials required to adequately execute the job, due to a mis-measurement of the home's dimensions. While we do have the right to cancel the contract, we offered the customer a revised quote for the proper amount of materials, which they rejected. However, we obviously felt bad we had to cancel the contract with this customer and thus offered the customer a $VISA gift card with our sincerest apologies. While we regret the situation we feel we conducted ourselves properly and went above and beyond to apologize to the customer for the inconvenience

We went out to the homeowner's house last Saturday 2/13/16, and resolved the chimney issueWe are currently working with homeowner and the installer and we feel that the ceiling issue should be resolved within the next month

We are reaching out to the customer again today to address their concerns, as customer satisfaction is our #priority

Rêve Exteriors and *** *** is in a legally binding contract and regardless of when the measurements were done, Rêve Exteriors is still within the estimated timeframe for installation of the windows indicated on the contractThe information she received as for a timeline (days) as she’s stating
in her complaint is provided as information only and not part of the contractRêve Exteriors provides this information to all of its customers so that they have a general idea the timeframe of a projectAlso, it is process for Rêve Exteriors to obtain permits once the windows arrive in the warehouse, rarely ever beforeAlso, Rêve Exteriors acknowledges that it would fairly compensate the customer once the project is complete if she is unable to apply for the rebate, and Rêve Exteriors has been in communication with the customer regarding this matter, as she also has the personal telephone number of her sales representative who is also assisting her with thisRêve Exteriors strongly feels that this is not a valid complaint as Rêve Exteriors is well within the parameters of this binding contract and is assisting the best as possible within their operating procedures
