if you will read through all the complaint it does state that I was advised by one of your sales people that I would be receiving a checkThe amount of the check would be approximately $and I would then turn around and pay down the loan reducing it to approximately $22, Your company has called me and is now working to fix the issues provided on the complaint and they have also advised that they would like settle for a dollar amount, which is what we are currently working onAccording to the person I am working with the interest on that $over five years would be a total of about $ I have the email and the paperwork submitted by your company explaining this issue Your paperwork that the sales person wrote through obviously shows that there would be eight tax credit that could be easily misconstrued as a tax check Not understanding completely how this worked and trusting the salesman this could easily be manipulated showing customers would get a $plus check then turn around to lower the cost of the system this is smoke and mirrors in my opinion in these types of selling techniques should be outlawed

They gave a written warranty that this produce would save you money but it worthless it not working it cost more money just to keep it on the roof theyneed to refund and get this worthless unit off the roof they did not help me with anything just rip me off I know the only way to fix this is with a writtencomplain and all my paper work to the attorney general for consumer fraud *** *** all ready know they did wrong I want this problem resolvedwith the respect of him calling me ,The paper work will tell the story .Thank you Revdex.com for help

Erus energy has our numbers. Feel free to call us
anytime. We have contacted the company numerous times with no resolution. Brent contacts but continues to tell us the same old tired thing. We want this system off of our property. This company has had more than enough time to get everything up and running properly and to get our home fixed. Like I stated before we signed in November of and here it is February 2018. Not acceptable

We are still working for a resolution. We made a very fair offer and the customer declined. His current want is for system to be removed. Inlet him know I don't know,what's involved given its a lease. We have never had to remove one that is leased. His agreement has tax implixations, as well as aps energy rec implications. I told customer that we need time as this is not common. His main issue was one that was not caused by faulty product or installation. Someone either aps or someone else turned his system off. Our system is working as advertised.

We have a meeting set up for Friday the 24th to see what else can be done for customer.  The main issue was a manufactures SMA inverter was not working.  This happens from time to time and we cannot control it, however we have and always will make sure it gets fixed.

Good afternoon,I reviewed the proposal and see that this system is never going to cover our actual utility usage. Your salesman is the individual who pitched this to us, saying that's exactly what this system will do. We fully believed him and expected this performance. We expected a system that would replace our electric bill. We had our electric bill on a payment plan that we could afford, and this would bring it just under that. We would just make energy enough for our home, and any we make "over" would be paid back to CPS. This is the pitch we were given. This is what we believed we were buying. It makes absolutely no sense for us to pay an additional $80-$100+ a month for not even 1/4 difference in our bill during the worst months of the year. Looking at the graph, it will never cover it even fully during the lowest energy months of the year. It will never "balance out" and cover all of our usage. This is not what was pitched to us, and it is clear the actual plan was not sufficiently explained to us.We sent you a copy of everything we have. In it includes an email to Seth clarifying that this system was enough to cover our utility usage!! Instead, we were rushed through and that question was never answered. We started business with you in March, and we are just now getting any clarification. The only way we hear any information back is through the Revdex.com. We were seriously mislead, if not scammed, and we do not want this product on our house. Please remove it.Thank you,[redacted]

We spoke with customer just this past week.  The manufacture of the equipment FAFCO is who this needs to be directed at.  We however will facilitate any upgrades and or fix that they recommend.  We have no issue helping out in remedy, but cannot control what the manufacture does. We will reach out to the customer for a 4th time to discuss.  We are open for any ideas the consumer and or Revdex.com has to resolve. We want nothing but for the customer to be happy.  Please Advise.

fast they send it out.  I'm sorry I wish we did!  The folks at your lease company will be processing your payment. Please keep in mind that the leasing company is not Erus Energy.  Same as with the inverter we of course can help you resolve. We will contact you today. We have no problem helping you resolve these issues but please keep in mind that they are issues with leasing company and SMA not Erus.   Thanks,

Hello - Sorry to hear the news. After researching into system it appears that paperwork was not notarized in time for first inspection. This has been corrected and we show second inspection is scheduled. Once again this is our mistake and we will own it.  The system will be working...
