Hello, Our technician was just out at your propriety to diagnose it.  The inverter was deemed faulty and is being fixed as we discussed when out at your home.  Unfortunately the manufactures dont work as fast as we want them to.  As soon as the inverter comes in it will be fixed....

To whom it may concern we have been contacted by Erus, they want to lower our payments or something. this is not a resolution to us since they are the ones who have put us off for theses long three months,they are the ones who broke the lease we want out of their lease that will satisfy us and  I want those panels off my roof and the repair done, and want it in writing. Review: I placed an order with this company on August 20, 2015 for 3rd grade daily bites in the amount of $108, with expected shipping within two weeks and have not received my order. I have called the company five times, and left voice mail messages. No one answers. I have emailed them three times, no response.Desired Settlement: I feel the company should send my product or refund me my $108.

Review: I ordered a product on July 21, 2015 over the internet from the website, dailybite.com. The product was Math Morsels Intermediate Plus (MMIP), and the purpose was to use as bellwork for my class at school for the current school year. The emailed order response stated that the product would be shipped within 2 weeks. It has now been over 4 weeks and I have not received the product. Since about 2 weeks after I ordered the product, I have called the company 4 times, leaving a message each time, and emailed twice, in order to get a status on the order. I have not been able to reach anyone by phone, nor have I received a response by email or phone.Desired Settlement: For starters I would like to hear from them. I would like to receive the product I ordered ASAP. If, for some reason, the company cannot produce the order, then I would like a refund. The product cost $98.95, and with shipping the total came to $108.84.
