This account was stopped in our system on the date the customer requested - October 27th They are not active in the system and have never been billed for any deliveries past the stop date If they are getting deliveries after 10/it is only due to an error by the newspaper carrier from the distribution agency His supervisor has again reminded him to make sure he is only delivering to subscribers on his route list They will do their best to see that there are no more erroneous deliveries to this address

We apologize Mr*** experienced difficulty in canceling his Daily Herald subscription account. Our records show delivery for Mr*** started on June 18, as he paid for weeks of delivery, which benefited the *** Center for the Handicapped. Delivery was paid through
August 30. We sent a welcome letter at the beginning of the subscription as well as invoices which state delivery will continue unless we hear to cancel. We apologize Mr*** has not been receiving the paper, as he is currently an active customer. We will officially be stopping the service on Saturday, 10/22. This nondelivery was an error on the part of the carrier. All money owed on the account has been written off. The account is now closed with a zero balance. Again, we are so sorry for any inconvenience Mr*** experienced with his Daily Herald subscription account
