This company obviously believes that veterans are fools ! Listen, The young man who punched holes in my watchband was a young African American named D [redacted] TD [redacted] was rather tall and was wearing dreadlocks or braids When I tried purchasing my watch band over a month ago D [redacted] was working that evening..The watch band didnt fit my arm so D [redacted] punched wholes in the item to make it fit ! When I returned home that night the indiglo was not working..I returned several days later the first thing the manager told me that a new battery would resolve my issueI returned a few days later and talked to a tall, chunky African American gentlemanHe checked the battery strength and told me it was the mechanism not the batteryWhen I asked for his bosses phone numbervhe said no, and that it was against company policy..This contradicts what I was previously told A young woman who claimed to be the manager gave me Sandra's number here it is [redacted] I'm tired of this companies [redacted] ! By the way I always keep my receiptsThank you..Have a nice day !

Both [redacted] owners of NoUsed autos took Chevrolet Monte Carlo with providing me notice of default under verbal contract with [redacted] she agreed to extend payments to settle difference of deposit, after we agreed she had [redacted] do the contract, she didn't provide I receive no default letter and no phone calls from NoUsed Auto notice I retains phone number [redacted] which they have on file, My Mailing address is Forward in September 2016, Today I spoke their employee [redacted] sent notice, although I ask him the date, he cannot tell meThis car is on Car is On Star GPS System NoUsed Auto is aware of vehicle’s presence A form named“Below is a list of some major defects that may occur in used motor vehicles,” on purchase of Chevrolet Monte Carlo Super Sport However, Buyer receives this same form” Below is a list of some major defects that may occur in used motor vehicles for Pontiac Grand AM but not for Monte Carlo supers port, limiti

Mr [redacted] I sincerely apologize for the problems you have experienced with our South County Mall locationOur store manager, ***, as well as our regional supervisor, [redacted] has repeatedly tried to get in contact with youThe last correspondence we have from you is an email to [redacted] stating you were not able to make it to the Galleria over the weekend but wanted to drop it off the next SaturdayThis email is dated 03/03/They have been waiting for the watch since that time as well as tried to email you since then to see what the status of you dropping the watch offAt this point, we would still like to receive the watch at our Galleria store and have the store send it to our home office for repairsAs [redacted] stated in her 02/email, this would not void your warranty and if our repair department is not able to re-calibrate your chronograph, then the repair department would send it to Bulova and have them repair itPlease drop your watch off at your earliest convenience and we will get this repaired for you as quickly as possible.Thanks! The way watch movements are designed does not allow the date function to be accessible from the back of the watch where the battery is changedIt is not possible that the associate damaged the date operation during a battery replacementThe associate that changed the battery asserts that the date function was not functioning when examined during our pre-service inspectionWe are sorry that the customer is unhappy with the resolution presentedWe have offered to repair the item and give a 50% off discountUnder the circumstances, that is as much as we are able to offer.Thank you,Customer ServiceDakota Watch Company

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Both myself and my assistant both saw the watch date functioning directly prior to them working on my watchThe associate that worked on my watch told me she would not have accepted the watch if it had not been working When she stated this, I said to her that you are admitting it was workingShe then said yes it was working, but then made up that it was making a funny click noise Keep in mind the reason why I noticed my watch battery was dead was because the date was offI changed the date several days ahead literally minutes before it was taken to them and I did not have any issues She then changed her story to the point where she said it wasn't working 100% correctly, but was still able to change the dateShe said since she got it to work she did not mention it to us at the pre-inspectionAs we went back-and-forth discussing the issue at hand, she then changed her story and said she did say something when the watch was first brought in which was completely untrue The associate laid out all three watches and did a complete pre inspection and everything was functioningShe even admitted that it was working but now it's just coincidence that it's not The frustrating part of this whole thing is that the associate changed the story on that it was working and then not working multiple times during our discussionsWhether she dropped it on the floor and screwed the date up or she did do something internally when she took the backing off I don't knowBottom line is the watch was working completely fine (except for the battery) when it was brought in The fact that she called me and stated that now the date was not working should be further evidence that it broke in her handsI don't understand why it's so difficult to fix a problem created while the watch was in this company's handsKeep in mind this is the same associate who yelled and screamed and became extremely violent because I was wasting her timeShe didn't want to deal with it anymore and told me she had better things to do I should go away How can someone who isn't a management role act like this? This entire company is extremely unprofessional and I'm sure if the owner, MrC***, knew of the entire situation he would not be thrilled Regards, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowI have since been told by numerous Jewelers and others not to let Dakota Watch Cowork on any timepieceAs Ive stated re-imbursement of the shipping, and insurance to Bulova is the only resolution I will accept as satisfactoryI have received no emails from anyone at Dakota as the letter claims, and received voicemail from "***" shortly after filing my complaint with the Revdex.com which was insincere and unapologeticI had already sent my watch to Bulova directly for a professional repair, so there was no reason to call "***" back I have never heard from anyone named "***" ?? and "***" identified herself as the district manager so I am a little confused, maybe she has since been demoted ?When a business screws up as bad as they did by hiring and allowing an untrained, unqualified employee to work at their store and destroy my watch, then tell me how they will handle it, inconveniencing me even more than they already have, I don't consider that customer service or an acceptable resolution.

We do apologize for the inconvenience the customer was put throughTypically when a location closes, the repairs are sent to our home officeHowever, in this instance, the repairs were transferred to a close location and there was quite a bit of confusion involvedIt did take quite a while for
the situation to get sorted outWe did replace one of the watches and repaired the other oneWe did this at no cost to the customer and shipped them directly to the her as well.Thank you,Dakota Watch
