complaint I would like to respond that MySpace NYC is a 3rd party real estate broker. It is the duty of MySpace NYC to active work on behalf of both clients and customers to establish a leasing arrangement acceptable to both parties. MySpace NYC makes no warranty as to the apartments condition or upkeep as such obligations and rights are between the respective landlords and tenants under their lease agreement.While I am dismayed that [redacted] is not satisfied with our services in this matter, all of her issues are with the conduct and/or speed of response with her landlord. As an act of good faith we would offer to refund her application fees paid to us, but I would direct her to point her complaints to her landlord.
I personally reached out to the tenant as soon as we were first notified about her issue via her [redacted] review. I sent texts and left voicemails on her cell phone asking how I could help her and deliver her a refund as is my normal course of action since taking over operations for the past 2...
years. She never responded to any of our phone calls or texts. Please advise what she is seeking to close this complaint.
