We are a 3rd party real estate broker. Our job is to bring about the transaction which we successfully did. She is making claims as to the apartment condition and/or things not done by the landlord to her satisfaction. This dispute is misplaced and she should be seeking relief from her landlord. Her claim that the 'broker didn't tell my landlord' et al has no bearing here and even if it did the customer is relating all of this second hand in order to recoup her broker fee.
