Going Green Solar continues to harass me multiple times each week with unwanted calls on my cell phone I have asked several times for them to "remove my number" from their list, but each time I ask they immediately hang up, and call again within a few days

Mr [redacted] had a energy reduction system installed in April that he financed and had a cost of approx12K After that, Mr [redacted] made a subsequent purchase (seperate purchase agreement, approx14K) for a solar electric system that was installed in July After each installation, Mr [redacted] filled out a seperate customer satisfaction survey where he awarded our organization perfect 10's across the board The systems are all working perfectly and we have not had a single call from Mr [redacted] in regards to any issues since the work was completed over months ago As a result of this complaint, we called Mr [redacted] , and he shared on a documented conversation that we did not misrepresent anything nor did we promise any reimbursement We will submit Mr [redacted] 's contractacual agreements and all relevant paperwork that clearly shows that we fulfilled our obligations and that Mr [redacted] was more than satisfied with our work and pricing Regardless, we want Mr [redacted] to continue to be satisfied and have set up a meeting with him for 2/to determine what his concern really is after all this time, as his complaint does not match what he has told us, nor does it reflect anything in his agreements It is our intent to clearly identify and help resolve any actual issue that may exist With appreciation, [redacted] ***

This customer was installed on April [redacted] Approved the install the 4/23/ The complaint just came in now? The complaint states that nothing was done as of last monthThis is incorrect We installed the job back in April and are complete in terms of what we can control

We reached settlement with customer on of octoberAgreement was sent out with terms that were agreed upon I will reach back out to customer again and inquire if he has not received it

Going Green Solar has called us numerous times each day I have told them every time that I am not interested and asked them not to call me anymore This morning, they called me at 9:am, and I told the gentleman that I was not interested I also told him that my number that he called is on the Do Not Call list, and I requested that they not call us anymore He proceeded to say, "I really don't care about that I will call you tomorrow." He hung up at that point Then, at 10:am, I received a call from them again The caller's name was "Dora." I tried to get more information from her, but she would not tell me anything She finally quickly ended the call when she realized that I was not interested in what she was selling

As previously stated, Mr***'s complaint is inconsistent with our signed contracts and documented sequence of events. We will contact him today and set up another meeting and find a solution

Mr*** information has been removed from our system. We do encourage him to confirm that he is indeed on the National DNC list, but regardless, he has been removed from our records.
It is also important to note that he was only called time on May 5, and at
that time was put on our DNC. Our call center does not reference the term "Go Green Initiative" and we DO NOT have our number scrambled. Our number does indeed show up in caller IDThe number that customers can call back and shows on any caller
id which is ###-###-####. Thanks

This company took advantage of my mother selling her a solar hot water heater, radiant barrier, and duct sealingThe total cost of this was 16,and now she is having trouble with her solar hot water heaterShe is yrs old and is on a limited incomeGoing Green Solar is now ErusI hope no one else gets treated this way, and this company should fix all the issuesThey should give her her money back

I have forwarded on your info to our Marketing ManagerShe will see to it that we do not call you any furtherI did go further into it and found your call records We have in fact called you a couple timesOn our end though all of the connections were you hanging up
When this happens our reps call back Another Company called ** *** *** is calling folks daily, sometimes 15-times I cannot control if they call you, but you can tell by the person on the phoneThey will say ** *** ***, or ** *** ***.
Either way I will see to it we don't call you any further.

Hello Sir,Thanks for letting me know regarding the calls to your phone I had our Marketing MGR pull up your records and we have in fact called you, however we do not have any calls in which we've spoken to youThey have all been hang-ups, and we record all of them

The homeowner was called twice (connection not made) and the number is no longer in our system. We have spoken to the homeowner and have also sent him a copy of our DNC policy
