Thank you for allowing me to elaborate on my response.First, by way of background, I have been practicing law in Colorado for almost 33 years and for most of that time I have had my own law practice. During those decades I have spent countless hours providing free legal analysis to folks who call my...
office. I pride myself on that and I feel badly that this caller did not receive that same attention, due to a misunderstanding within our office as to who was going to respond to him. Though he is not a client of ours, he did not receive the kind of attention we take pride in giving to anyone who calls, client or not.As soon as I received a call from the Revdex.com informing me that this gentleman was displeased I called him and offered to personally meet with him as soon as that same evening. I explained that his initial call came in at a time when one of my children had become very ill, an illness that worsened to the point he required serious emergency intervention and hospitalization. I explained that there was an internal miscommunication regarding who was following up with him, and that I accept full responsibility for that ongoing shortcoming. The gentleman was very understanding and we are scheduled to speak again tomorrow about his matter.In view of my firm's long track record of outstanding service to consumers, I am hopeful that this one complaint will not impair our rating in any way.
