Hello, My name is [redacted] and I had filed a complaint against Dancing Dingo in Austin, TX last month I am very happy to report that as a result of filing the complaint the company shipped my order and I received it yesterday I misplaced the email with how to make changes or updates to the complaint Would you please mark the complaint as order received and closed Thank you so much for your help [redacted]

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: As stated, the company requested a refund yesterday, which I will not see for 5-daysI respectfully request a copy of whatever "receipt" they have sent the Revdex.com for my own recordsOnce I actually see the refund on my end, I will happily close this caseThank you Regards, [redacted]

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever, I still think it should be noted that it took almost months to receive this order without any reply from the companyI still hope that my complaint will be viable to others as a warning about the horrible customer service and delivery time that this company has Regards, [redacted]

Had we received notice of order cancellation before shipping we would have done so When we received [redacted] ***'s email requesting a cancellation we informed him the order had shipped and an automated notice with tracking information was sent As previously stated, all we asked of [redacted] was to return the package when it arrived and he would receive a full refund The package has not been received to date (11/13/17) I think it is safe to surmise this is the policy of any company when a customer requests a refund and the merchandise has been shipped

I am rejecting this response because *** *** did not include that she was contacted on May the 4th, May the 6th and May the 9th as well as the 26th and refused to respond to my repeated customer inquiries regarding my refunds for my orders which I placed on the 18th and 19th of AprilI waited and did not recieve a response, this went on continually, even when I contacted her by phone she could not be reached and proceeded to ignore my many attempts to resolve this issue.I am thoroughly convinced that neither *** nor dancing dingo would have refunded my money had I not chosen to pursue as wel as protect my rights as a consumer thanks to the Revdex.comI have recieved my order for order number *** and my order for order number *** was refundedIwished to be refunded for bothof my ordersNow I have an order that I did not wish to receive, that took a month to arrive after having waited nearly that long to be refunded the amount dueI waited two weeks to receive my refund at which at no point I was contacted from anyone at dancing dingo after the 26thThe continual refusal to admit or display any form of responsability for such deplorable customer service is shockingI wish to forward the emails I have sent as proof is there an email where I may forward this information to the appropriate parties?

I am rejecting this response because:The response below is not accurateI did not cancel my orderAfter not receiving the order in weeks, I attempted contacting the company by both email (or times with no response) and phone number, which happens to be the cell phone of the owner, ***She has yet to pick up one phone call and I've placed many trying to reach someoneOn October 30th, I attempted once again to call the business cell phone number listed, and after tries, received a text message with one word, "closed." Upon explaining how concerned I was that I can't seem to get anyone regarding my order, the owner *** began corresponding over text messageShe requested I send an email with details, which I did immediately, againShe asked if I'd like the products sent out or if I'd like a refund, and I chose a refund based on my open source research on the internet, where I discovered that this company has a history of similar occurences of no products being ordered and without deliveryI waited days and when I still had not seen a refund, I emailed *** asking for an update and received no responseI then emailed her daily since then with no response (until today after my complaint to Revdex.com by ***.) Furthermore, I paid with my credit card, an option they provide on their website so I'm not sure why they are contacting *** for a refundI called *** today and they explained that the first request they received for a $refund was today from a merchant "SophisticationUnleashed." It seems the company may be operating under different names. They also were not able to recognize the transaction ID *** provided today (it was the first email response in over a week, which I can safely assume was because of my complaint.) I will wait for 5-days to see if a refund is provided. Thank you for finally requesting a *** refund today but its unfortunate that a customer would have to go to these lengths to get a refundIn addition, I have outlined how untruthful you were in your email response to my complaintThank you. *** contacted us and wanted to cancel her order(as explained above)*We issued a refund thru *** who serves as our Merchant account holder. (TRUE as of this afternoon although I did not pay with ***)*** was refunded in full by *** for her $order(You requested the refund today, which takes 5-days according to ***)*During the time it took for the refund to process we received multiple angry, aggressive and accusatory emails and phone texts from *** and her friend(TRUEOf course a customer is going to become angry and frustrated if they place an order, don't receive the order, don't get a response after attempting to contact the company and then don't receive the refund that was promised.) *We tried to explain we do not control *** policy or the length of time it takes to process a refund(FALSE, this was not explained nor is it relative as they only requested a refund today after my complaint)*** was sent the *** transaction number along with the main number for contacting *** to confirm the refund after accusing us of being a "scam" and "liars"(TRUE, I was finally contacted today by *** after I submitted a complaint to Revdex.com, Respectfully, you have lied in your response and the way you do business does seem like a scamSee additional yelp and google reviews as there have been many other customers with similar experiences.)*Hopefully she will receive her refund right away and realize we are not responsible for *** policy and do our best to serve our customers(FALSE I am happy the company finally did the right thing, whether it was $or $The way those representing *** *** ignore customers emails and phone calls is not the way to serve customers best.)

*** *** has been in business since and strives to offer helpful customer service. We explained that we have never received the returned package and very politely told this to *** *** several times as we kept in touch with him. We do not issue a refund for products a customer
does not return, or issue a refund until the return package arrive. We are more than happy to issue a refund in full as soon as a package arrives. ** *** gave us no more details of the return; no tracking, no date. We do not keep tracking numbers for a length of time on our server once they are issued to the client. We use an automated system that sends an email with full tracking information to the customer for their records as soon as the shipping label is createdAgain, we are MORE THAN HAPPY to issue a refund once we receive the return package with the items ** *** ordered

I am rejecting this response because:*** *** failed to respond to my request to cancel the order BEFORE it was shippedThat should make them liable for the product being shippedIn addition, they NEVER provided ANY tracking information to me, so I had no way to even know where the package wasI did my due diligence to locate the package from the USPS after it was refused, since *** *** neglected to provide any information to meThe USPS informed me that whoever the sender of the package was, that they would have all of the tracking information and should have the verification that the item(s) have been returnedThe USPS also informed me that they are unable to track a package just by an address, and they need a tracking numberI believe it is still *** ***'s responsibility to provide that tracking information, as they are the ones who have not cooperated in this process

My company, Dancing Dingo, recently had a customer file a complaint for non-receipt of his order. I wanted to let you know that before we even heard from the Revdex.com we had contacted ***, and refunded his purchase price plus
shipping. We had moved our lab and had some issues during the move causing the customer’s order to arrive late. Everything has since been taken care of. If you also require verification from our credit card processor we would be happy to provide it. Just let me know and I will get it to you ASAP.
I appreciate your assistance in handling this matter, and look forward to maintaining a clear record of customer service

I am rejecting this response because:
When I sent my request to cancel the order, I never got a response from *** ***I also never got an automated email with any tracking informationIt was not until I sent an email about the package being damaged that anyone even bothered to respondIf *** *** did in fact send an email with tracking information, why is it that they are still refusing to provide that information even now when I have stated repeatedly that I did not receive it? I think that would go a long way in trying to locate the whereabouts of the packageI'm tired of the he said she said garbageAt this point, *** *** has failed to provide any proof or records of tracking or emails with said information.
