I am rejecting this response because:American Express contacted the vendor and they had no choice but to refund the full amount.  This was not voluntary on the part of the business.

I have looked into this complaint and due to the length of time since this order was placed I am unable to get into our previous merchant’s account to see if this was ever refunded.  My apologies, we changed our merchant account provider several months ago, and I am not finding further info,...

like order notes, on this order. We would be glad to send out a new order if this is agreeable.  We would just need to make sure the address is the same.  We would also be willing to offer a gift certificate for the full amount of $65 instead of filling the order that had been placed.  These were the products included in the original order: Monoi de Tahiti 2.2 fl oz Shea Butter Hand Cream 4 oz Cocoa & Shea Lotion 1 oz in Coconut Facial Moisturizer sample .50 fl oz Hyaluronic Facial Serum 1 oz. Please let me know how to proceed.  We look forward to resolving this to the customer’s satisfaction and apologize for this enormous inconvenience.

because:This business failed to provide any customer service or response and ignored my request for refund. Seeing this response to the Revdex.com has been the first response I have ever seen.I emailed directly multiple times, I inquired through the site, I left reviews requesting a refund, I contacted them on their business Facebook, and eventually ended with a negative Yelp review, which led to them sending my order. This business does not provide a valid phone number.My order purchased in September was delivered 4 months later in January. During this time, I had purchased products from elsewhere and would have preferred a REFUND, which the business denied me. If my shipment or order was on back order, the business should let their customers know and respond to inquiries about their orders. The business should issue a REFUND if requested. Unreliable and sketchy business. I would like an explanation for why my order took 4 months to receive.

However, I still think it should be noted that it took almost 5 months to receive this order without any reply from the company. I still hope that my complaint will be viable to others as a warning about the horrible customer service and delivery time that this company has.

The sampler was a gift for my husband--we are looking for a non-toxic replacement for his synthetic cologne :) If you have any samplers of additional scents that you don't mind adding to the order, that would be great--that way we can maximize the chances of him finding a scent he likes. If not, no worries, just the original sampler I ordered will be great."
