I placed an order for a Samsung dryer rack Prior to company submitting my I had to provide the model number for my dryer I paid for the item plus shipping I received the dryer rack and it does not fit, so I cannot use I need to return the item and am being told I have to pay for shipping or which I do not have an issue The issue is a 25% re-stocking fee that I am not responsible as the company shipped the wrong item I now discover that the model I have does not have a dryer rack I am certain they new this when they shipped the incorrect item to my home and charged my credit card They have online communications and I am not sure if they are located in Michigan or Florida Product_Or_Service: Samsung Dryer Rack Order_Number: XXXXXXX Account_Number: XXXXXXX

Simulated inventory issues and price gouging ordered a refrigerator part at $They canceled my order citing they were out of stockWithin hours they sent me an email saying they had stock again and upon trying to re-order I noticed they marked the item up to $They will not honor my original purchase price and customer support showed no interest in helping

I ordered a part only to have Dappz cancel the order, increase the price by $30, and tell me that I could reorder at the new price if I wanted itI will never use this vendor againWhen I looked at other complaints on the web, I see that this is not a unique experience

The wrong motor was sent to me and the company is not giving me a return label and refund as of yet Order #: XXXXXXX received but it was the wrong motorI ordered a replacement motor for a Emerson HQXXXXXXXEM which is advertised as Product Description International Comfort Products XXXXXXX Blower Motor, manufactured by International Comfort Products Please note that this is a compatible replacement for the ICP motorThe one we have listed has these specs: 1/3hp 115v 1050rpm 4sp CCWThis motor has wires The motor I received has the specs of 1-3hp 115v 1075rpm 3sp CCW which only has wires This company is playing games, the only way to communicate is by chat or e-mail, no phone numbers are listed, I want a return shipping label immediately and a refund within week

Will not return my item for a refund I ordered a control panel for my refrigeratorWhen I went to install it I realized it was not the correct one even though the site advertised that this control panel would fit my exact refrigeratorI attempted to return it and this is the message I received "It clearly states that we do not accept the return of these items under any circumstances due to the delicate nature of these boardsToo many customers purchase these without using proper diagnostic procedures, plug them in and if it doesn\'t resolve the issue, want to return." The fact is I don't care what other people doI purchased a product and did not receive the product as advertisedThis product was $dollars and is useless to me

I TRIED TO COMPROMISE WITH THEM AND ASK FOR A $PARTIAL REFUND BACK SO I COULD JUST KEEP THE PRODUCT DUE TO THEIR ADVERTISEMENT OF NOT SHIPPING OUT THE SAME ITEM AS PICTURED ON THEIR LISTING!!! (IT'S LIKE WHEN YOU PAY FOR SOMETHING YOU BOUGHT ONLINE--YOU EXPECT TO GET WHAT YOU HAD SEEN AND PAID FOR, AND NOT SOMETHING ELSE-- UNLESS IT WAS STATED ON THE LISTING THAT THEY MIGHT SUBSTITUTE A SIMILAR PRODUCT IN PLACE IF ORIGINAL IS SOLD OUT, BUT THEY DID NOT STATE THIS ANYWHERE ON THEIR LISTING AT ALL!!!) THEY NEVER REPLIED BACK TO ME EVER AGAIN, AND JUST IGNORE ALL MY EMAILS TO THEM ABOUT THIS!!! :-(PLEASE DON'T SHOP HERE AND BE THE NEXT VICTIM!!!!!! :-(

My Maytag oven igniter went out and I ordered a replacement part from Dappz.com The part was a OEM which fit exactly and took only four days to get to Arkansas I would definitely do business with them again

I put my order in on Wednesday and paid an extra $to have it delivered by the end of the week and when they finally got around to processing my order (on Friday) they told me it might be there on Monday at the earliestand when I when to "customer service" they basically told me tough ***, deal with itI will never order anything from these *** again and neither should you

This company provided excellent service and extremely fast shipping ordered my part for my Samsung dryer on Sunday, was delivered to my home in Cleveland on Tuesday Was the proper part and fit perfect like the oem part, not damaged and good packaging Not sure where all these complaints are coming from unless this company has greatly improved As a small business owner myself, I know how easy it is to complain verses how much harder it is to say something nice Sign of the times in society today
