The wrong motor was sent to me and the company is not giving me a return label and refund as of yet

This company is playing games, the only way to communicate is by chat or e-mail, no phone numbers are listed, I want a return shipping label immediately and a refund within week

Site advertised they could get me a part by a certain date, I ordered paying extra for expedited shipping and they then didn't send the part on time

Of course I wasn't allowed to return the part I ordered from Dappz.com, less then one week after I purchased itMy washer machine obviously has multiple problems so I just wasted $on a part I'm now stuck with from Dappz.com! Please don't make the same mistake I did! Buy on eBay with a great return policy

I placed an order for a Samsung dryer rack Prior to company submitting my I had to provide the model number for my dryer
I paid for the item plus shipping
I received the dryer rack and it does not fit, so I cannot use
I need to return the item and am being told I have to pay for shipping or which I do not have an issue
The issue is a 25% re-stocking fee that I am not responsible as the company shipped the wrong item I now discover that the model I have does not have a dryer rack I am certain they new this when they shipped the incorrect item to my home and charged my credit card
They have online communications and I am not sure if they are located in Michigan or Florida

I put my order in on Wednesday and paid an extra $to have it delivered by the end of the week and when they finally got around to processing my order (on Friday) they told me it might be there on Monday at the earliestand when I when to "customer service" they basically told me tough ***, deal with itI will never order anything from these *** again and neither should you

Entered my model number into their site and ordered the pump listed for my unit I had opened a ticket expressing my concern that it may be the wrong pump and was given a short answer with no help I received the pump and it is wrong I tried to explain to "customer support" and they pretty much just made excuses If there are multiple series of a particular model number, their site should explain that I'm not a washing machine expert, but when I put the model number listed on my unit into your site I'm assuming it's listing the correct parts! Period! I have to pay for return shipping and a percent restocking fee because their website is insufficient Customer support is of no help and only sees things their way! WORST experience I've ever had with so called "customer support."

Don't buy anything from a Dappz Auto company I purchased from their QuikShipMedical and had the worst experience I have ever had with on online order Their customer service is nonexistent You can't ever get a phone number to call and their email and chat services are the pits I never got my product and only got a refund after going through PayPal

Incorrect part sent
Wrong part, on billing statement enclosed in box states that I needed to contact them for return authorization labelAfter contacting them thru an email I was told I could not return part and no refundPart is in original packaging too

Company is not honest about shipping timesI ordered a part with a "delivery time" of 4/9, only to discover that the delivery by the shipper was 4/Despite invoice reading: "Ground Shipping (days) Estimated Delivery: Monday, 04/09/2018)If I want to return this item, they ask for 25% restocking, shipping costs, and all kinds of extra which makes a return practically impossibleIn other words, cannot recommend them

I ordered a part only to have Dappz cancel the order, increase the price by $30, and tell me that I could reorder at the new price if I wanted it. I will never use this vendor again. When I looked at other complaints on the web, I see that this is not a unique experience.

I ordered from dappz.com a LARGE Big Green Egg briquette grate that should have been 17-inches in diameter. To my knowledge, Big Green Egg sells ceramic barbecue grills in only two sizes - large and small. I received a Small grate that is 9-inches in diameter. After numerous emails to dappz Customer Service, and two live chat discussions, the response was that the company shipped the correct grate. My invoice and shipping label state that I ordered a LARGE cast iron briquette grate, Although I was given permission to return the heavy grate, it will be at my expense. When I said that the Company erred in the shipment and that the company should pay for the return, the Customer service representative repeated that the grate sent was the one ordered. I also requested a phone number so that I could talk to someone. The number that appears on the packing list: XXX-XXX-XXXX, has been disconnected. No phone number was provided.

This is a terrible company that cannot be trusted and should not be in business.
I will never do business with them again.

I purchased a replacement door handle for a refrigerator. The refrigerator door opens to the left. the part I received works for the freezer door but not the refrigerator.

I eventually found that the freezer door was the replacement for the refrigerator door for doors that opened from the right. This is not obvious by any means.

I found this information from another website which was very helpful. It had it on their product information. I brought the fact that there was no information concerning this on the Dappz website to one of their customer service reps and the reply was "...It's not their error... We do not know how your doors are installed." This may be true, but you should be aware that people have their doors open both left and right. That's why the companies sell them that way. So instead of a rude response, listen to the customer so you can improve the information on your site. Perhaps you should put this information under the product description.

So I will either have to pay their restocking fee and shipping or just keep the thing. Regardless of with I do with the part, I will never do business with them again.
