Review: I contacted the Darcars Silver Spring, MD dealership because I wanted to purchase a new 2014 [redacted]. After submitting an online inquiry I received an email from [redacted]. That first email I received from [redacted] did not contain any offer price on the vehicle I inquired about. I then rerequested that information from [redacted] once more. After not receiving any reply from [redacted] I called the dealership directly. The receptionist connected me with [redacted], no last name provided. [redacted] informed me he was the sales manager. I gave [redacted] a list of options I needed in the vehicle. [redacted] said "okay let me see what I can find and I will call you back in ten minutes". That conversation took place at approximately 2:30pm on 11/29/2013. Well the day went on and no return phone call from [redacted]. Late that evening [redacted] sent me an email to tell me he left me voicemail and wanted to make sure I got the voicemail. I did get the voicemail from [redacted] said to "come in tomorrow and pick out a car". Again no pricing on the vehicle I asked for pricing on. The next day I again emailed [redacted] with two stock numbers and indicated I wanted a quote/offer and I wanted to see the detailed itemized dealer invoice paper work including any manufacture to dealership discounts, incentives, subsidies, etc... that email was sent at 9:07am on 11/30/2013. 3PM rolls around and I hear nothing from either [redacted] or [redacted] so I take it upon myself to call the dealership to speak with [redacted]. The receptionist transfer me to [redacted]. I begin by asking [redacted] why he did not return my phone call yesterday when he said he would call me back in ten minutes. He then tells me he told [redacted] to email me the information on the vehicle [redacted] found. I did not receive any information from [redacted] on any vehicle, only got a voicemail from him telling me to come in and look at what was on the lot. I then asked [redacted] why [redacted] has not sent me any pricing on the three total cars I have now inquired about and as I was speaking [redacted] hung up the phone on me mid sentence. At this point I am infuriated. I have zero information I requested and the sales manager hung up on me!!! I immediately call back the dealership asking to speak with [redacted] and [redacted]s senior manager. The receptionist begins arguing with me! After listen to the receptions yell at me or five minutes I get [redacted] on the phone, the alleged senior manager. He then proceeds to tell me their phones do not work. So while I have [redacted] on the phone I ask him why [redacted] had not returned my phone call yesterday and why [redacted] refuses to give me any information about the vehicles I inquired about. [redacted] says "I don't know. [redacted] is right here if you want to speak with him". No, why would I want to speak with the guy who hung up on me and wouldn't call me back like he said he would or provide any pricing after multiple requests. [redacted] the senior manager has not rectified the problem. He then said [redacted] must have lost your email address that's why you did not receive any pricing and [redacted] must have misplaced your phone number. Excuse me? I replied to [redacted]s emails he has my email. And [redacted] was able to pull up my information in the Darcars database so no they did not lose my phone number either. I was then told by [redacted] "we awe really busy today and don't have time to respond to all emails".... okay well yesterday was Friday and you weren't to busy to email me emails with zero information I had asked multiple time for. I am tired of being given the run around, tired of being lied to and tired of lack of service. Is this discrimination? Because they obviously aren't making an effort to make a sale. I do not appreciate being treated as an it and that I have no value. I need a new car, that's it, but they're making this very difficult and I will not be bullied by sales associates and be forced to pay **RP.Desired Settlement: I want the information I requested and I would love to hear from the owner of the all the Darcars businesses why their sales associates have such poor behavior and why they are refusing to provide me what I requested in the first place. I would also like to be in touch with a Darcars senior manager that can sell me the vehicle I want at a reasonable price. I do not want to continue any business with [redacted] or [redacted]. I need someone else to help with the purchase of my new car.

Review: I purchased a car that apparently had a defective engine. The dealer claims they cannot hear the problem although ,multiple other people can hear it clearly. The dealer has not fixed the car despite multiple opportunities. The dealer did not disclose that the vehicle was a demo with engine problems when the car was sold and has failed and refuse to perform repairs.Desired Settlement: I want all of my money back paid on the car. I will buy the same car from someone else. I would consider a replacement as well
