My husband and I were looking for a piece of land in CO and had very specific wants within the land. Dave helped us to find what we wanted and helped to walk us through the process because we had purchased a home before but never just land and it was a very different experience for us. This land is over an hour away from his office but he met us out there several times so we could take a look at different things and make sure this was what we wanted. Even though we were unable to purchase land in the end due to financial circumstances, he was patient with us through the end and made sure we had all of our options known.
