The product in question is packaged like most in the industry and is dated for the time it was packaged Contents in all trading card products vary Hit Parade, Retro collection and Hall of fame versions will consistently contain players and versions of cards that are older Our long descriptions provide the information explaining its contents and what is provided by the product. We offer full refunds for all unopened products and in this case would like to offer a full refund of the purchase with the agreement that the contents be returned to us, at our expense.I was also alerted that the customer had ordered additional Hit Parade product and was asked when speaking to our customer service to refuse delivery and that will also be refunded

In response to the complaint regarding our HP Sapphire product our Director responsible for that division....."the Hit Parade product does not guarantee any specific value as it relates to the cards inside the product This entire complaint is based on the word "sensational", and to a Connor McDavid collector, the card described by the customer may very well be considered "sensational" The use of eBay as the sole determining factor for the value of a card is short sighted as well as it is an auction site and prices can be artificially inflated The customer also had previously purchased a Sapphire box (prior to this purchase) and he must have been very satisfied with what he received because he came back and purchased two more boxes The complaint is completely frivolous Our Hit Parade customers know that nothing is guaranteed.unless stated in the long description."

Dave & Adam's will gladly process a payment to reimburse for the shipping to send us the items that were to be looked at.While a majority of the hundred plus purchases that are made weekly from private individuals are quickly resolved in either a completed purchase or return of goods to the seller, it does happen occasionally that the terms of a sale cannot be completed Many things can come into play Items being sold to us are not as they were described, quantities are different, manner in how they were shipped caused damage, etc Any one of these occurances make the transaction unable to be completed In these cases we do our best to communicate the situation and have it resolved in a timely manner. We also make reference to a disclaimer included in all emails and on our website explaining that we do reserve the right to return any items sent to us.I have attached a copy of the correspondence, highlighting the dialogue between both partiesRegarding the payment for the shipping costs of $, simply confirm the mailing address you would like it sent to and it will be processed before the end of the week

We were waiting for *** to finalize the investigation/claimWe gave you all the necessary details and time frames when you contacted us regarding your lost packagePlease keep in mind we file the lost tracer 11/2/and gave you the 8-business day time frame and *** finalized everything 11/9/(much less time than the time stated)however, instead of waiting the allotted time you choose to file a dispute
against us when we are not the ones that lost your package but did everything to expedite the matter and now we
have to wait for this to be settled before we can reship or refund

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

The additional funds were scheduled to go out on or around 12/27/17attached is the correspondence between our buyer and seller

The product in question is packaged like most in the industry and is dated for the time it was packaged Contents in all trading card products vary Hit Parade, Retro collection and Hall of fame versions will consistently contain players and versions of cards that are older Our
long descriptions provide the information explaining its contents and what is provided by the product.

When the after hours email was responded to, 12/9:00am, a lost package tracer was started with the carrier, UPS With their response we can take action to either reship or refund

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The Business responded in an extremely disingenuous manner and again illustrated their deceptive business practices. A few examples provided in this correspondence and presented in a manner of review and discourse:
Dave & Adam's will gladly process a payment to reimburse for the
shipping to send us the items that were to be looked at.No, as evidenced by the entire email exchange included in this response there was no agreement to have the items 'looked at'. On the contrary, the items (as evidenced by the email exchange) were sent under a defacto 'cash on delivery' agreement. The business actually said, 'Once I receive the cards, I will send you your payment in whatever method you prefer.' Now the business is being flippant and attempting to alter their agreement after the fact (the exact business practice I'm calling deceptive) by saying the items were only sent to be 'looked at'.
Items being sold to us are not as they were described,
quantities are different, manner in how they were shipped caused damage, etc
The business received the items exactly as described, in the correct quantities as described, and they were not damaged during shipping. They may be hinging their position on the 'etc' argument though they never describe in their rebuttal what about the items was not as agreed to as evidenced by the email exchange, so I'm not sure what 'etc' would actually entail. As evidenced by the email exchange, the business went to great lengths in an attempt to discredit the items sent to them, but still wanted to purchase themin one email they call them 'worthless', in another 'fraudulent', and yet in another 'tampered with'. Yet, they still made an offer to purchase the items, at a reduced price, with the items in their possession while demanding money from me for return shipping if I didn't sell them at their stipulated price. I pointed out to the business that it is curious that they would want to buy 'fraudulent' items... I think this point highlights how deceptive their practices are. I can only assume this is a standard practice for them. They will make an agreement presumably under the auspice of good faith, get the item in their possession and then exploit the situation to their benefit.
Regarding the payment for the shipping costs of $, simply confirm the
mailing address you would like it sent to and it will be processed before the
end of the week
This is somewhat curious, confirm the mailing address that they have for when they sent my items back? If the business intended to reimburse me for shipping, they would have done so by now. Instead, I feel like they are attempting to gloss over the issue with the Revdex.com by 'playing nice' when they are caught being deceptive
If the business wants to refund my shipping as they seem to indicate, they're free to do so. I think the appropriate resolution is beyond the scope of this mediation. The appropriate resolution would be for the business to alter their business practices to be less deceptive with their customers. The Revdex.com can help protect customers by appropriately downgrading the business in an effort to encourage the business to clean up their business practices

The time you waited was unacceptable, there was a miscommunication between accounts payable and our buying team handling the transaction There was an issue wit making payment by PayPal A check payment for the full amount was sent out on 6/to *** in *** ** via USPS

Revdex.com:
I would be willing to accept, but the return policy states the items must be sealed in factory condition, my case is not sealed, also states that all trading card sales are final.
*** ***

If the product contained in the case is sealed the product is still returnableWe will make exceptions on returns regarding quality of merchandise, damages or incorrect orders. "All sales are final" is due to the potential for price fluctuation in the industry

In response to the complaint regarding our HP Sapphire product our Director responsible for that division....."the Hit Parade product does not guarantee any specific value as it relates to the cards inside the product. This entire complaint is based on the word "sensational", and to a Connor
McDavid collector, the card described by the customer may very well be considered "sensational". The use of eBay as the sole determining factor for the value of a card is short sighted as well as it is an auction site and prices can be artificially inflated. The customer also had previously purchased a Sapphire box (prior to this purchase) and he must have been very satisfied with what he received because he came back and purchased two more boxes. The complaint is completely frivolous. Our Hit Parade customers know that nothing is guaranteed.unless stated in the long description."

In order to address this complaint correctly....is the product information unsatisfactory or the process of breaking? If the product is the concern we can offer a full refund upon return of item that is as it was receivedFactory sealed, unaltered, etc
