We sincerely regret that ***? is disappointedDMB released a very limited edition box set to commemorate the band's 25th year of touringThe box set is meant to be a very special collector's item and also included a hard cover book with images of the bandThe vinyl set did not include a
download card for the music and customers were never led to believe a digital version would be included in the price of the box set.DMB released a digital version of the music on November 9th as a completely separate productThe digital version does not include the hard cover bookAgain, the product is completely separate. We are sending *** a? $** digital gift card to spend in the DMB online store between now and the end of We hope this gesture will show that we care about our fans and understand his frustrationBut again, the products are separate and will remain that way.Thank youEleanor K***

I ordered a CD from them that was never delivered, they refused to do anything about it. Worst customer service I've ever seen.

Hello,The Warehouse member who filed a complaint became belligerent when our customer service agent explained all future tickets would be at will call. He used profanity and it was decided the dispute could not be resolved. Please let me know how we proceed.

Please see attached and below for a response to [redacted] complaint against The Warehouse. 1. We found an ad on [redacted] selling Warehouse tickets for well above the face value of the ticket ($85). The ad is attached.2. We can pull up the Warehouse member’s information based on the...

seat locations. Member’s information matched everything in the ad, including the email and telephone number. The member was [redacted].3. April 14, 2016 Warehouse Customer Service asked [redacted] to remove his ad from [redacted].  A reminder of our Warehouse Ticket Guidelines was included in the email (below). If [redacted] had removed the ad, no action would have been taken.RESALE OF TICKETSYou may not resell the tickets you purchase through the Warehouse for more than their purchase price. If any Warehouse member is found to be reselling, trading or brokering tickets for profit that they purchased through the Warehouse, the Warehouse may, at its discretion:1. Forfeit Member's membership and membership fee;and/or2. Cancel Member's ticket order and all other pending orders without refund. See Terms of Tickets. We urge you not to purchase tickets through brokers or third party sellers. These tickets can be counterfeit in which case you are not only overcharged but the ticket will not allow you admission into the show. Please note that the Warehouse is in no way liable for tickets purchased from brokers or third party sellers. We also reserve the right to cancel the membership of any member found to be reselling Dave Matthews Band tickets for more than their purchase price, regardless if they were purchased through the Warehouse or through another ticketing source.CHEERS4. On April 14, 2016 [redacted] denied the claim, but the ad remained on [redacted]. There were 3 back and forth communications warning [redacted] that his membership would be cancelled and the tickets would be voided if he did not remove the ad selling his tickets.5. His membership was cancelled and his tickets were voided when the ad was never removed.

DMB Warehouse's account of what happened is false. They did email me asking me to delete a [redacted] add. I advised them that my tickets were NOT for sale and I was NOT the author of the [redacted] add. The other thing I'd like to mention is, I went ahead and found the add they were talking about and flagged it, which ultimately got the add removed that SAME day.
Anyone can author a [redacted] add saying tickets are for sale. DMB Warehouse says they know I posted it because my seats were mentioned in the add. Virtually anyone who had access to [redacted] knew where my seats were! I've attached a screen shot of a post I made on April 4th once I found out that the fan club had selected me for tickets. I'm a huge DMB fan and it was exciting news to me. Also, I have other friends who enjoy the band and attend these concerts with me every summer. I've attached the screen shot of the post I'm referencing.
I'd like to mention I asked DMB Warehouse to call me so we could sort this out, they never did. They also failed to respond to a few of my emails. I wanted to resolve this issue to make sure I kept my tickets and membership but also to make them confident I was NOT the person who posted the add. My tickets were NEVER for sale. I've gone to see the band the last 5 or 6 summers in a row.
On the DMB warehouse website, it says if a member is suspected of selling tickets, the tickets may become "will call" meaning only I could pick up the tickets at the venue and walk into the concert. Making the tickets will call makes them virtually impossible to "resell". I tried to reason with DMB warehouse to "will call" my tickets if they truly believed I was trying to resell. Of course this resolution was completely ignored. This would have been a fair resolution instead of cancelling my membership, my tickets, and taking $240 of my hard earned money.
Finally, also on the DMB warehouse website, it says verbatim " if a member is found reselling for profit, his/her membership will be voided with out return of membership fee and tickets will be voided minus convenience fee." I've attached screen shots of this policy as well. My point is, even if they did truly believe I was reselling my tickets (which weren't very good seats and had no value on the secondary market), they broke their own policies because A.) they didn't will call my tickets, and B.) they didn't return my funds, minus convenience fees.
I want all of my money returned to me. These guys have been rude and have made me felt bad about the entire situation. On top of it all, they stole $240 from me and I was forced to buy concert tickets on the secondary market. Please return my funds and be done with the situation. I've done everything I can to prove that my tickets were not for resale. I'm a long time fan of the band. The add was brought to my attention and I got it removed from [redacted] the same day DMB warehouse brought it to my attention.

Regards,
[redacted]

Revdex.com spoke with the business the packet was sent out [redacted] but since it never got the customer a new one is being sent by 2 day [redacted], it should arrive Monday and the tracking number is[redacted]. When this year of membership is up all the customer needs to do is contact their office to update their file and renew his membership at no cost to the customer.

Review: I joined this fan club to avoid paying money to a scalper for concert tickets. I bought 1 pair of tickets to a Dave Matthews Band concert. Long story short, some one made a [redacted] add to make it appear as if I was selling my tickets. The DMB fan club contacted me telling me to take down the ticket listing or I'd lose my tickets. I let them know that I wasn't the one selling the tickets and that my tickets aren't and NEVER were for sale. They never acknowledged my email and ended up canceling my account and concert tickets. As of today, I still haven't received a refund. They say I violated their terms and agreements, but the bottom line is, I never had my possession of my tickets, I never wanted to sell my tickets, and I never posted them for sale.

Anyone who knows you are a fan club member can make a [redacted] add and make it appear as if you are selling your tickets. Once they make a [redacted] add, they can bring it to the attention of the fan club, and they will cancel your membership and tickets without ever considering what you have to say. I had a break up with a girl, and her new guy is trying to ruin my life. He's not ruining my life, but he successfully got my Dave Matthews Band tickets cancelled. This fan club should realize how vulnerable their fan club members can be and at least TRY to protect them from this childish non sense.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for the fan club membership and the concert tickets. On top of that, I want an apology. These guys were so rude to me via email and never responded to a word I said. It's ridiculous! Once I get my money, I'll never do business with these guys again. They are awful.

Response:

Please see attached and below for a response to [redacted] complaint against The Warehouse.

Review: The Warehouse sent an email claiming that their membership packages were beginning to ship. After allowing two months to pass, I emailed the WH and they replied, on the same day, that if I had not received my package by June 1st, 2014, to reply to their email. On June 2, June 3 and June 4, I emailed the WH to resend the package, and they have not replied.Desired Settlement: I just want the package delivered to me in a timely manner. If they threw in the ticket album, that would be appreciated.

I am following up in writing with a response to the complaint from [redacted]. I just tried to call [redacted] again and it sounded as though he answered and then hung up. I left a voicemail asking him to call to let us know if he had received his annual membership package. We have scanned all of our email accounts and find no email correspondence from[redacted]. I am happy to send a replacement membership package if he has not received the original package mailed to him. In addition, I am happy to offer a refund of his membership or a complimentary year of membership next time he is up for renewal.

Review: As a paying member of this fan a year benefit is an annual membership package. Through the website it was announced that this package would ship out on April 2014, In mid May I contacted the Warehouse about an ETA on the package and was told it would be within a week. Again in late May I contacted the Warehouse a Second time and was told "All package where mailed out, and if I didn't receive a package by June 15th to contact the Ware house for a Third time. I've now contacted the Warehouse a third time ant they will not responded to my email or phone calls.Desired Settlement: I want the MEMBERSHIP PACKAGE AS OUTLINED on the members page. Delivered immediately with NO MORE EXCUSES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Business

Response:

[redacted] sent one email to the DMB Warehouse fan club office on June 18th. We receive a very high volume of email at this time of year when Dave Matthews Band is on tour. We replied to him on June 25th asking if he had received his membership package. To date, we have not received a reply back from him. I left him a voicemail today inquiring as to whether he received his fan club package and also explaining that the packages began shipping in May and daily pickups were made from our fulfillment company

with the last of the packages shipping in mid-June. I relayed that he was indeed mailed a package and if he had not received, that we would be happy to send him another.

I am happy to offer him a comp year of membership in addition to sending out a second package if he has not received his first membership package.

Please let me know if you have any questions.

I look forward to the resolution of this complaint.

Kind Regards,
