I am rejecting this response because: I asked to have the bushes trimmed this is the KEY Word! Never did I ask for the bushes cut so low that the branches were cut off. Now I have one side of my front garden with good bushes in front and the other side with stubs of bushes. No one can tell me or anyone else that these bushes will grow back. I asked the owner [redacted] to come out and see these bushes for himself. As for the sprinkler head I was told by **. [redacted] it would be replaced at cost of $20.00. I later went to home depot and bought a sprinkler head for less than $4.00! So I don't believe anything that this man says at all!! This company is suppose to be bonded which I sincerely doubt because if they were bonded what is the big problem. I can not control what **. [redacted]s employee's do as they are suppose to be professionals. **. [redacted] knows a lot about what a sprinkler system are suppose to be built like but when I asked an employee of his to set my sprinkler system the next month I got a water bill of over $150.00. I don't know of anyone who would not yell at someone who has done damage to his property as **. [redacted] told me over the Phone this was unprofessional of me. I was a soldier in the US ARMY when I was told or told someone to do something they did it or they got chewed out including myself. This is the third chance I gave this company and NOW as a disabled Veteran and amputee I do MY LAWN MYSELF! I still claim that $300.00 is a fair amount to replace the bushes alone. If need be I will seek other avenues if my request is not appropriately addressed.
