A $credit against monthly parking will be offerred to [redacted] for her inconvenience following the heavy snow in MarchSnow removal was not a responsibility of SP+ but we did not adequately explain this to her and we appreciate her position that the monthly parking fee should ensure ingress and egressWe are seeking approval to contract for this service in the 2017/winter season to avoid a reoccurence of such aproblem

After reviewing the cameras from the time when [redacted] brought his car into the driveway, it was clear that he actually did drive in on the flat tire, without realizing thisThe attendants that actually drove the car down and later brought the car back up unfortunately did not realize this eitherIf [redacted] would like to discuss it further, he may want to reach out to our claims department at ###-###-####

Revdex.com:A few days after filing my complaint, UP + has contacted me directly by phone to let me know that a monthly parking permit had become available and would be waiting for me at the train station the following dayThe next morning, I went to the station to see the parking attendant, and he indeed had my pass, but did not have the accompanying necessary paperwork for me fill outI subsequently had to return again the following morning to fill out the paperwork (which he remembered to bring this time), and finalize getting my permit.At this time, my complaint, ID [redacted] regarding SP+ Corporation has been resolved (By clicking "OK", your complaint will be closed as Resolved.) After reviewing the charges incurred for *** *** we have issued a full refund in the amount of $back to the client *** *** on his credit card used

To whom it May concern:Please be informed the alleged damage was noticed, and noted on the back of the parking ticket upon delivering vehicle in the garage facilityOriginally, as a parking operating procedures upon retrieving a guest vehicle the attendant will conduct a walk around the vehicle,
and make notation of any finding on the outside body of the vehicleWhich in that case the parking attendant did perform the survey as instructed, and several damages were noted on the vehicle diagram on the back of the parking ticket issued to the vehicle on 07/**/(ticket # ***)Please see attached copy of the ticket with notation of several damages marked on the vehicle diagram. Thank you
