A $100 credit against monthly parking will be offerred to [redacted] for her inconvenience following the heavy snow in March. Snow removal was not a responsibility of SP+ but we did not adequately explain this to her and we appreciate her position that the monthly parking fee should ensure ingress...

and egress. We are seeking approval to contract for this service in the 2017/18 winter season to avoid a reoccurence of such aproblem.

To whom it May concern:Please be informed the alleged damage was noticed, and noted on the back of the parking ticket upon delivering vehicle in the garage facility. Originally, as a parking operating procedures upon retrieving a guest vehicle the attendant will conduct a walk around the vehicle,...

and make notation of any finding on the outside body of the vehicle. Which in that case the parking attendant did perform the survey as instructed, and several damages were noted on the vehicle diagram on the back of the parking ticket issued to the vehicle on 07/**/2017 (ticket # [redacted]). Please see attached copy of the ticket with notation of several damages marked on the vehicle diagram.  Thank you

After reviewing the cameras from the time when [redacted] brought his car into the driveway, it was clear that he actually did drive in on the flat tire, without realizing this. The attendants that actually drove the car down and later brought the car back up unfortunately did not realize this...

I have tried on multiple occasions, I specially love the part where they reviewed the video,of the client driving in on a flat tire all the way from orange County New York, about 55 miles away. I especially love the part where the attendant takes his time, to walk around the car and inspect it for any damage, but doesn't notice Right Rear tire is flat? Weird I would love to see the video of me pulling in on a flat tire. it was so busy that some one would of noticed and advised me of flat.
