Tony G., employed by David Leroy Plumbing, Incis a very courteous and knowledgeable technician Tony performed Preventative Maintenance on our Gas furnace and explained very clearly what he had done I would recommend Tony and David Leroy Plumbing, Incto anyone that needs service performed on their heating system

I hired this company in the past for plumbing They did an OK job on that This time I c***ed them for HVAC yearly program They came out found that I had a dead bird in the inducer motor I was like great let's get that replaced and get it back working Next thing I know the guy c***s another person (his boss) named David D*** to get a "second" opinionHe arrives minutes later and agrees with the assessment of first guy Puts a bogus tag on my gas line with a Warning I talk to this David guy upstairs to go over my options He says he is c***ing Trane to see if he can get replacement part minutes go by and he says He got a hold of them and I would need to replace the "heat exchanger and inducer motor and that cost per Trane is $!!!!!!
Next, David shows me his pricing for new Amana Unit the AMVCand tells me its $ or the better option which is CRAZY price I think to myselfMeanwhile the original technician is still in the basement while I'm discussing options with David in my kitchen I told them I'll get back to them that I need to do some research Meanwhile I c***ed B*** because they sell the same productThe B*** guy examined my heat exchanger and said he sees no cracks that it would need to be replaced Couldn't believe that they took apart my entire furnace! I was shocked myselfI Had no idea that's what the technican was doing the entire time H*** said they have no reason what so ever to do so...Plus, their quote was and respectively.(heck of a lot cheaper)
I c***ed back David to see if he could do better on price and he said noI also asked him why the heck did they tear apart my entire furnace WITHOUT asking me? He had no read answerI also told him what the pricing was for B*** He had no reply (I sent this in a text message so I had record) I told David that I felt taken advantage of and being played by some game so that you can get me to buy an entirely new furnace instead of just fixing the broken partNext I c***ed another company Leggett Another honest guy named Dan B*** who looked at my furnace and could not believe David LeRoy would take apart my entire furnace and that he also couldn't see any cracks in my heat exchanger This company carries Carrier units and since I was looking for a more direct replacement I didn't choose to go with them But SECOND person that told me I was getting scammed by David LeRoyThe fourth and final guy I had was Mike from One C***He is a one man shop that I heard great things about He came out that same day I c***ed and was in disbelief about my furnace being taken apart He also could not see any cracks in my heat exchanger Even took it outside in the sunlight to be sure he could see even sm*** hair line cracks Not a one was found He is also a Trane dealer and said my part for the inducer motor (the piece that broke when a bird flew in it) was only from Trane NOT THE 3,price that David Leroy quoted me (David Leroy said they would need to replace the heat exchanger and the inducer motor and why the huge sum) Again Mike from O**C*** said that is a bunch of crap They could have replaced just that part because it was obvious that was the problem But they then took it a step farther and took the ENTIRE FURNACE apart and so now if it was put back together at it's years of age it would never work right Mike said they did this on purpose to force me to buy a new furnace HE was very angry that someone is this field would do such an obvious sham Sneaky too Never told me they were going to take it a part but sneakily did so while the main guy was talking to me upstairs These guys are sham artists and needs to be stoppedI ended up going with One C*** who replaced my furnace on a Saturday no doubt (he felt bad for me for getting scammed) His charge for unit and labor was a far cry from anyone else for a great product AND HONEST SERVICESO THE BAD is DAVID LEROY HVAC SCAMMING YOU TO PURCHASE A NEW FURNACEThe GOOD is Mike at O** C***I'll write a positive review following

Eric at David LeRoy Plumbing was a tremendous help I called the company on the weekend (a Saturday) for some emergency plumbing assistance Eric called back within minutes and was able to commit to being onsite within minutes! The turnaround time from the moment I placed the call to the moment he arrived was terrific I called two other plumbing companies at the same time and neither of them returned the call as quicklyOnce onsite, he was both professional and personable He got along great with our dog who wanted to "join in" on the workOverall, I would recommend Eric of David Leroy Plumbing for any plumbing job He was extremely detail oriented and took extra time to ensure the job looked good, in addition to performing the work to fix the sink

We had a new farm house sink a new dishwasher and disposal installed by Eric F He did a great job, everything worked well He was on time and on a rainy day made sure to keep the kitchen clean He was done quickly My wife and I would have no problems recommending him to my neighbors

Two appointments - First AC tune up - Douny was on time, nice, explained the problems with the AC, very informative Then David Dgave prices on a repair and a new ACVery nice,informative and explained both prices I selected a new AC Was told it may be July before the install But it was only a week later Second AC install Daniel S and David M on time, nice, got right to work, also informative, cleaned up any mess Very pleasant experience Now I am ready for the HOT weather

My furnace suddenly broke down this past week. Since my other contractor is not in businessmen anymore I looked I went on line to find one. I came across David Leroy plumbing. I looked under there reviews. I looked at about at least 30 to 40. They were mostly 5 stars. So they were the one that my husband and I chose. They showed up the day we called. Ed S, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He tried very hard to make our furnace work but unfortunately we have to get a new furnace. I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Great company! Priced very well also! David is very professional and always checks the work his crews have done. I've used them several times and highly recommend their services. A two man crew removed my old furnace, installed the new one as well as an AC compressor, a new portion of ducting,and all said wiring and lines in 2 days. Much faster than I expected.

I've been using these guys for years for HVAC and Plumbing services. Ryan was on time and did an excellent job servicing my Heat Pump.

Eric F and Andy were here today for a dishwasher install. Again, it was a professional and more than satisfactory experience. It is the kind of service that I have come to rely on from them. Always confident in the work that is done.

I had my central AC unit tuned up and a capacitor replaced. The technician, Ryan M[redacted], was friendly, conscientious, and explained why he recommended replacement of the capacitor.

Eric was professional,courteous and provided the highest quality of customer service. Would recommend the company to friends with the understanding that they are a little pricey and would most diffidently request Eric's service again.

He quickly identified exactly what the one potential issue was and through his advice was able to save us from spending unnecessary dollars. He did a great job fixing our known issue.
