Eric F and his assistant Andy showed up to install a new hot water. They were very helpful, efficient and answered my questions. Explained the new warranty and said to call if my family had any other questions. Overall, a positive experience.

Have been with David many years.... from a single provider to a thriving business. Service is still excellent. Employees are complete with their knowledge & good with customer rapport whether front office or in the field. Both Ryan & Shelly represent David proud.

To whom it may concern,Our Company was there to complete a tune up to the gas heating system at the request of the customer.  This tune up includes taking apart the flue piping, cleaning the flue pipe and the chimney base, reassembling the flue pipe and checking for proper draft as well as...

carbon monoxide safety check.  The flue pipe was very old and rusted away so badly it could not be reinstalled.  We therefore could not complete the tune up without replacing the pipe.  The customer refused to pay for it.  Repairs discovered during the tune up are an extra charge so we were forced to leave the home.  Our maintenance agreements and tune ups never include free repairs and that is spelled out on the maintenance form.  Our Company uncovered what could have been a potentially dangerous problem if the pipe were to have fallen apart and became disconnected from the chimney while operating, especially if nobody noticed it.  A full refund would be unreasonable.
We are not in business to make repairs for free.   We have multiple payment methods and are willing to make whatever payment arrangements we can to ensure a heating system is safe to operate.   The customer needs to be reasonable and understand that ultimately payment for repairs to the heating system are their responsability. If we repair the flue pipe and then find another issue they would then be responsible to pay for that repair as well.
Our technicians are well trained professionals with all the proper tools and knowledge needed to service a gas heating system.  The technician was prevented from completing the job by the irate homeowner.  We therefore cannot return any money, we did nothing wrong.

Had Ryan with David LeRoy Plumbing perform our annual summer check at 2 properties. Ryan was efficient and quick with his inspection. Explained everything clearly.

Working with Shelly and Tony G was awesome. Shelly was courteous and helpful on the phone. Tony G was a great technician. He showed up when scheduled and did a great job. He talked to me about my furnace, told me what he was doing, what problems he may encounter (due to the age of my furnace) before he started. He was very friendly and respectful. I cannot say enough of David Leroy plumbing. The serviced my very old oil furnace and did a great job. Thanks Tony G and Shelly

I had Paul Y. a representative of David Leroy Plumbing, come out to repair a leaking pipe in my basement. He was pleasant, fast and very professional. He completed the work quickly and at a reasonable price. I was very pleased with the service I received from Paul Y. and David Leroy Plumbing.

Eric F (and Andy) just did work at my house. They were excellent and very professional. They were patient with me and answered all my questions.

Dan is a very experienced and skillful installer who is thorough in his work. It is a pleasure to have a technician who truly loves his job and who is also a great communicator. He takes pride in a job well done!

We are moving to the area and need an additional well and water service inspection before our new home purchase. We had a complex water supply/flow issue at the property and I contacted three plumbers before choosing David Leroy. A competitor I contacted didn’t want to tell me how much the diagnostic fees were and failed to mention the service call fee which is more expensive than David Leroy’s service call fee. When I did contact David Leroy, Jason, the plumbing manager, listened to my problem and went over some of the scenarios that could be happening at the property. Shelly helped arrange the site inspection and I received emails about the team members who were going to assist me. The service professional, Paul, then took the time to diagnose a very complex issue and genuinely seemed to care about me and my concerns with the property. The next day he provided an estimate to fix the issues and called to go over the research he had performed to produce the estimate, the breakdown of the estimate and the systems involved, and the suggested maintenance cost of the recommended system. This company has excellent customer service and takes advantage of modern technology through email notifications and on-site credit card payments via a tablet. I have had many encounters with plumbers over the years and this is by far the best company in terms of customer service! Thank you!

Eric was professional,courteous and provided the highest quality of customer service. Would recommend the company to friends with the understanding that they are a little pricey and would most diffidently request Eric's service again.

On 11/18/2015 Eric and Andy, of David Leroy Plumbing, installed a new toilet in my home. They did an excellent, professional job, and cleaned up beautifully afterward.

We had a new farm house sink a new dishwasher and disposal installed by Eric F. He did a great job, everything worked well. He was on time and on a rainy day made sure to keep the kitchen clean. He was done quickly. My wife and I would have no problems recommending him to my neighbors.

The entire David Leroy Plumbing team did an exceptional job throughout my entire issue. Their staff was friendly and great to work with. Eric F. was extremely knowledgeable. We had one issue we knew would need to be resolved and one that we thought could be a potential issue. He quickly identified exactly what the one potential issue was and through his advice was able to save us from spending unnecessary dollars. He did a great job fixing our known issue. I would certainly use David Leroy Plumbing again and would recommend them to anyone who asks.

Great service and very professional. Eric reviewed new water heater components and provided overview of proper operation and maintenance of the water heater. Also, made appropriate recommendations for expansion tank due to water pressure requirements and completed installation of everything in a professional and timely manner. I'd recommend David Leroy Plumbing (Eric F) for any type of plumbing job.

Technician was very professional. I received an email and a phone call prior to arrival and he arrived exactly on time. He wore booties to protect my floors and seemed very thorough.

Eric F just left after installing a new faucet and replacing some aged pipes. He has helped us several times in the past. He has always provided consistent service in a thoroughly professional manner. We requested him for this job and will do so whenever the need arises again.

Review: Leroy's visited our home on three occasions charging us what I believe to be excessive amounts for relatively simple service. This last time they demanded $250 to replace a furnace flue and elbow joint which together cost about $15 and would take under a hour -- more likely about 30 minutes -- to install. When I refused to pay that amount the technician turned off the heat to the house (two children live here, one 3 the other 6) and stormed out of the house. The technician was rude, impatient and seemed only interested in squeezing money out of us without performing the work adequately or in a professional manner. When I called to speak with his supervisor I had to call back twice. Once I was connected with a supervisor her responded to my complaints in an arrogant, could-care-less manner. When I asked how we were supposed to get our heat turned on he said, "Pay the money." When I complained that the job couldn't possibly cost $250 to perform, he said "Do it yourself." I have demanded the refund of $242 charged for a "preferred customer program" as none of the maintenance work promised was ever performed. I am very, very dissatisfied with David Leroy Plumbing and I would never, ever hire David Leroy and would never refer them to anyone. They are not an honest company and should not be members of the Revdex.com. I wish this complaint to be included in any written or online profile of this company.Desired Settlement: I want the $242 I paid them on 12/2/14 refunded.
