Paul arrived early did the job quickly and cleaned up. Can't ask for more.

We are having a heat pump installed. The guys ran into issues with how the last one was installed and explained the problems to us in detail and showed us the problem, they fixed most of the problem and was here for at least 10 hours, hooked up our air conditioning so we could use it. They will be back to hook up our heating part within a month or so due to us going on vacation.

I received a phone call to alert me the tech was coming. He arrived on time, was courteous, thorough, explained everything that he did and made sure the air unit was working properly. I was pleased with service, and was told to call if we experienced any issues. A+

The company responded to my call for service to my air conditioning problem in a very timely manner. Office staff was helpful and courteous. The technicians that came to my home were knowledgeable and very courteous. They determined the problem quickly and in less than an hour the problem was rectified. The team of Andy, Caleb, and Greg did an excellent job. They were
very attentive to our needs and special requests. They got the entire job done in just a couple of days, and we were never without water when they left each day. We had other plumbers tell us there were places they could not get to, but the David Leroy team got everything. We give them the highest recommendation.

We had an issue on a Sunday. They were at the house an hour after calling. Very courteous, respectful and easy to talk to. Figured out the problem right away and fixed it quickly. Saved us a lot of problems.

David Leroy Plumbing is a service that I would advise anyone to employ. The professional and knowledgeable staff are able to troubleshoot and advise about possible solutions easily. Recently Matt and Greg reviewed our systems and gave us a clean bill of "home health". They were wonderful and respectful of our property.

I went downstairs to take something to my basement and was surprised to find water leaking. It was about 11:30PM. We did not have a current business relationship with a plumber. We easily called 10 places who happened to all say they provided 24/7 emergency services. Most of them never returned our call. Several others stated because we were not current customers they would not help us. Greg from David Leroy plumbing was the only one to return our call and show interest in helping us. Due to he nature of the call he was unable to come out the same night, however he took the time to explain why. The water company needed to shut off the water and we were not sure where the location was. It was dark at the time so I completely understood and was thankful he explained it all. He promised to come out first thing the next morning. He did exactly as he promised. He was on time. He got to work immediately. Greg and Caleb came together. They were both very professional and took the time to explain everything to me. They reviewed pricing prior to completing any work. I was so impressed because you really can tell this company cares about their customers. They completed the work in the same day and my issue was resolved. As far as the pricing goes I think they are very reasonable. I expected to pay much more than I did for the service. Good customer service is really hard to come by these days and this company nails it perfectly. Great job guys. I will definitely be using you again.
