Hello,The return was submitted right after we had spoken with Yasha...the refund placed on 01/24/In office, we have to submit all refunds to our billing department in which they submit the refunds which can in fact take up to 7-business daysThank you, [redacted]

September 14, 2016On September 7th I received a letter from the Revdex.com concerning a homeowner complaintI have been in and out of the office recently due to illnessMr [redacted] stated he called our office, and was told that we would fix the problemUnfortunately, the message was not relayed to me So after receiving this letter I called Mr [redacted] and explained that if he would have contacted me directly it would have been resolved soonerAfter speaking with Mr [redacted] , we arranged for his ceiling to be patchedOn September 8th Mr [redacted] stated that the patch was completed, and that he was satisfiedHe also stated that he would call and confirm that with the Revdex.com on September 9th.Respectfully, Johnny M***OwnerMaez Construction LLC

We have done everything agreed on as far as we have control ofThere was a subcontractor involved in the scheduling of glass replacement and somewhere between the customer and subcontractor the appointment for the work to be performed got rescheduledAlso I have been promised for quite some time I would receive before photos of there glass and after photos proving the damage was done by my company I still have not received anything [redacted] and [redacted] both said I would receive themI will need the photos for my records and accounting reasons

Verbal response from Joshua:I have been going back and forth with himI sent out several of my guys to his home and we fixed the leaksWe worked on the portion of the house that we had worked on, it seemed to not be getting done properlyMyself and my foreman went out and we inspected the work, and I found the problem areaI then had my foreman go out the next day and repair itHe did have interior damage, I scheduled an appointment with the owner of the property and we got the interior work done alsoHe should be completely done and happy now
