I will have a check for $1,March 21stI will need a copy of all the work performed by others at property

Maez construction did leave one voice mail after my complaint and I recontacted Maez construction the next day, so saying that I was not responsive is not correct (I did not get any other voicemails from Maez over the previous weeks as he claims)When I recontacted Maez construction, Josh did agree to send one of their workers to fix the leaks on the garage roof (there were different places where the roof was leaking after they redid the roof), and a worker came on Octat 5PM to repairIt rained on Friday Oct30, and of the spots where there were leaks are still leaking (see photo attached of one of the ceiling leaks taken on Saturday Oct31)I called Josh on Saturday morning, Oct31, and left a voicemail to describe the problemI am currently waiting for him to return my call and let me know when he plans to send someone again to try to fix the remaining leaksIn summary, I acknowledge the fact that an attempt to fix the problem was made by Maez construction, but this leak problem has not yet been resolved as of Nov1st

In response to ***, I did receive phone calls and each time I told her I would have a foreman contact her as soon as possible and get the issue resolvedI then did tell her on the last conversation Miguel would be out that day at 5pm to complete which he did fix the leaki will soon have the pictures verifying everything

Hello Maez Construction has been out several times to *** *** property to fix issues brought forthWe have re stuccoed all the areas affected by our crewsWe have sent out a professional stucco company to complete work they clearly informed *** there would be a slight difference in color and
texture but they would match as close as possible which they didI feel there is nothing more I can do to please customerIf *** would like us to come out and meet more time I am more than happy to.Joshua M***

We have done everything agreed on as far as we have control ofThere was a subcontractor involved in the scheduling of glass replacement and somewhere between the customer and subcontractor the appointment for the work to be performed got rescheduledAlso I have been promised for quite some time I would receive before photos of there glass and after photos proving the damage was done by my company I still have not received anything*** and *** both said I would receive themI will need the photos for my records and accounting reasons

Payment will be mailed out 03/10/in the amount of $1,

We will be in contact within days of 11/2/to further discuss the options we are willing to offer

This is Joshua *** and am willing to refund $1,for the inconvenience and waiting for completion of items listed

Hello,The return was submitted right after we had spoken with Yasha...the refund placed on 01/24/In office, we have to submit all refunds to our billing department in which they submit the refunds which can in fact take up to 7-business daysThank you,***

September 14, 2016On September 7th I received a letter from the Revdex.com concerning a homeowner complaintI have been in and out of the office recently due to illnessMr*** stated he called our office, and was told that we would fix the problemUnfortunately, the message was not relayed to me
So after receiving this letter I called Mr*** and explained that if he would have contacted me directly it would have been resolved soonerAfter speaking with Mr***, we arranged for his ceiling to be patchedOn September 8th Mr*** stated that the patch was completed, and that he was satisfiedHe also stated that he would call and confirm that with the Revdex.com on September 9th.Respectfully, Johnny M***OwnerMaez Construction LLC
