I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowIt is on my credit report as a hard inquiry and I was told by the creditors to have the business remove itAnd it was NOT explained as they have statedI asked and was told repeatedly that it was a SOFT inquiry , but right on my credit report it is listed as a hard inquiry and I want it removed which the creditors states the business can doI would never have signed anything if I knew it was a hard inquiryI didn’t even have a vehicle picked out! After weeks of calling no one person returned my callI want the hard inquiry removedAttached is a photo of it on my account.Regards, [redacted]

The complaint with the customer has long since been resolved, we agree with the customers assessment on the charges and the customer has only be charged for the diagnostic fee.Regards,-jon d [redacted]

[redacted] wheel has been replaced And, although we feel that his characterization of the events are not completely accurate, the Service Manager has spoken to him and apologized for his inconvenience

Mr [redacted] and filed a complaint, ID [redacted] for his sales and serviceexperience at Davidson Ford of ClayMr [redacted] is asking for amount of extended warranty cost to be returned to him due to his poor experienceAt this time if Mr [redacted] would like to cancel his extended warranty on the vehicle he purchased from Davidson Ford of Clay he will be refunded the purchase amount of $ If so, at that time is extended warranty will no longer be valid

As for the wobble yes I had my car towed to the dealership via ford roadside serviceI don't have any documentation in regards to the clutch issue however could have a letter wrote up from another ford mechanic who I talked to at a different area

I asked for an apology from Davidson to be printed in the *** Daily Times

After collecting information from the Service Department regarding the situation we reached out to the customer The customer was to stop in to meet with us on 09/to look at his door concern The aftermarket remote starter will need to be reprogrammed by the third party that
installed it We contacted the third party on behalf of the customer and arranged for this to take place. Jerry H***General Manager

I would like ford to pay me the 3,for the extended warranty I purchased for the vehicle that's in my loan amount for this inconvenience and absolute horrible customer serviceAlso for the fact the building manager has not had the better sense to contact me because of the bad experience and
service since July when jeep was purchased and the on going issues till now because they had not looked the jeep through before selling

After reviewing the complaint we were able to confirm that the activity on your credit was a score pull and not sent to any banks as a hard inquiry. This was explained then signed off by the customer approving the score pull.

I have called and left a message for Ms. [redacted] to apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused her and have removed her from our mailing list.

We brought [redacted]'s vehicle back the same day as his concern and took care of it at no charge.We subsequently follow up with him to make sure all concerns were corrected.  The quality of ourcustomer repairs are a priority in our organization and we have reviewed the process to...

avoid situations like this in the future.  We apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused [redacted].

Although it is not reasonable to assume that driving Mr. [redacted] vehicle in our shop to replace a tire pressure monitor and then drive it out and parking it could burn out a clutch we accommodated him with a 40% discount on the clutch repair. In addition, Mr. [redacted] is claiming that we over tightened a lug nut which made it snap. We use special tools that only tighten the lugs to specifications so it would not be possible that we over tightened a lug. When he brought the vehicle in for this concern all the lugs on that wheel were loose and there was a lug nut wrench on his front passenger seat. Again we accommodated Mr. [redacted] by repairing the broken lug without charging him labor to do so. We take great care to insure that we are completely fair with our customers. In this case, based on the circumstances, we believe we have been more than fair with Mr. [redacted]. Dwight E. D[redacted]
