I am writing a response for my second rejection of the business answer.In their response they clearly state that the tires would pass inspection.? If this is true then why was I told they would not and they would "fail" my state inspection if I did not buy new tires.? ? Obviously this was an attempt, which worked, to get me to buy a new set of tires which I did not need Regards, [redacted] ? ?

Copies of check/deposited and copies of CT TAX forms?

Customer dropped car off to have recall performed.? Customer stated both rear tires are wearing unevenly.? Technician found both rear toe ? adjustments out of specification and the rear beam would need to be replaced to correct the concern.? We gave the customer two options to replace the beamOne with a new original manufactures equipment? beam for? $3,400? or a used one? for ? $1,755.? The customer declined both options.? We also contacted Toyota on the customers behalf to see if they would assist which they declined.? ? ? ?

Mr [redacted] came in and had recall work performed on his vehicle 4-23.? There were recalls performed at that time one? was related to a power window master switch and the 2nd was related to possible windshield wiper motor corrosion.? The vehicle was brought back on 4-and the customer stated air not blowing out of dash vents only defrost and floor since recall work performed.We diagnosed the issue as the blower motor not moving air out of the dash vents.? To correct this issue the blower motor would need to be replaced.? We performed this diagnosis at no charge to Mr [redacted] .? There? is not correlation to the ? recall work that was performed and the? blower motor malfunctioning.? The? technician was not working in the area of the blower motor.Our dealership has no history? with? Mr [redacted] 's? [redacted] with 83k miles other than the recall visit and subsequent free diagnosis on 4-25.? We did notice in the history the customer had purchased an extended service contract from the selling dealer but had subsequently canceled the contract.? The extended service contract would have covered this failure.? ?

Mr [redacted] stated the same repair "professional" will attempt to re-repair the repairs he did extremely poorly to begin with? Mr [redacted] told my husband that the repair "professional" did the best he could with the damage? As I indicated to Mr [redacted] on the telephone and follemail, I am not comfortable with having the same repair "professional" attempt to re-repair the damage from the airbag recall and the damage he did in attempting to repair that initial damage? I can only attach four photos, so I am submitting the post-airbag damage photos and post-"repair" of the same areas? By zooming in on the photos, ? you can clearly see that the repair "professional" that Mr [redacted] would like us to have re-repair the damages, actually increased the area of damage during his so called "repair"? Granted there is not a gaping 1" hole, but a four year old with silly putty could have done a better job and caused less damage? I agreed to call Mr [redacted] once we have the head gaskets repaired, but I stated on the phone, and in a follemail, that we are not comfortable with the same repair "professional" (whom Mr [redacted] stated did his best to repair the damage) attempt to re-repair the damage he and IRA did to our vehicle? The head gaskets are scheduled for repair in days, once repaired we will have a third party (non-IRA? affiliated? professional) take a look at the damage and provide an estimate for repair? ? ? The Ira Motor Groups response has not changed and our response is copied below.? We would be glad to purchase the vehicle back at current market value.? Based on the time Mr [redacted] has had the vehicle and the mileage he has put on the vehicle to expect a full refund is not reasonable.Mr [redacted] purchased a used? vehicle from Ira Lexus with 43,miles on it.? He signed a copy of the [redacted] Limited Used Vehicle Warranty.? Based on the mileage and year of the vehicle he had days or 2,miles of warranty.? Ira Lexus has replaced the headlight, fixed the air conditioning and suspension issues all at ZERO cost to Mr***.? This work was done in? May well past the Massachusetts Limited Used Vehicle? Warranty.? Ira Lexus incurred a cost of $2,to correct these issues.Mr [redacted] did purchase an extended service contract which is valid for months or 50k miles from the date and mileage of purchase.? There is a $deductible for covered items.? This coverage is good at any repair facility they just need to get prior authorization before performing any work.None of the items listed above are safety issues from 1-11-and look like regular maintenance recommendations.We disagree that Mr [redacted] purchased a lemon as he has used the vehicle for over a year.? Ira Lexus apologized that Mr [redacted] had some issues with the vehicle but we stepped up and corrected them at no cost to him

The Ira Motor Group apologizes for the lack of follow up from our employees.? One of the issues is Mr [redacted] is no longer with us.? I have spoken to the customer and will resolve this issue for him

We apologize that Mr [redacted] 's experience was less that satisfactory during his purchase of a [redacted] .? Integrity is one of the core values of our company so we would never purposely mislead a customer.? There was a mistake on the web page in regard to trim level.? The General Manager of the store has spoken directly with the customer and apologized.? The following is what occurred/transpired.Trim was listed in the ad as an XLE by mistake was supposed to be an LE modelThe MSRP Discount and Model number listed in the ad was for an LE modelWe told the customer we would honor the same discount from MSRP on any Trim he picked out.We fixed the ad as soon as we discovered itVehicle had miles on it because we installed heated seats per customer requestWe cut check and mailed out on 2/16/check has not been cashed as of yetCalled customer today he never received it I am cancelling original check and having one cut in the store for him to pick up tomorrow

What I am requesting is the detailed report because the what the customer normally receives is a truncated version of the report.In any event, Mr [redacted] , the Marketing Director was kind enough to send me the detailed reports which documented that on October 24th, after a mile drive test the grinding sound that I identified was confirmed by the technicianThis was due to the outer edge of the rotor not contacting the pad and rust build upThe rotor was re-surfaced and pads cleaned and road tested again by driving for miles.I have attached the service history to refresh the Service Manager's memory and he doesn't need to respond to my comments, I will update him after I have the brakes examined.? ? All extended service contracts begin from the original in service date the vehicle was sold.? This is stated very clearly in the agreement the customer signed.? Integrity is one of the core values of our company we do not intentionally mislead customers.I would be happy to sit with the customer and review the contract she signed

I was shown a history of the services done on my car by one of the service technicians while waiting on the car on Wednesday.the brakes rotor was fixed in October The rotor was sent out to an outside vendor or whomever to be servicedI am not sure what information they have but I am requesting a full report of all services done on the car and I am going to take the car to a certified service mechanic outside of the [redacted] network to have them review the service history and the brakesIf their findings coincide with [redacted] 's response, I will be satisfied with their response.I would like to receive this report this coming week if possible so I can make the appointmentI am not comfortable driving with a screeching brake as? I have never heard of a brakes with screeching noise being something that is safe to drive with.They can send it via email and also to my addressI look forward to receiving the full report.? ? After visiting IRA Toyota on March 4th and hearing squealing from my power steering pump, and feeling slippage in my transmission, I SHOULD have brought the truck to IRA Toyota for an inspection of their work? My mistake.However, I did bring my truck to the local reputable mechanic to look at my power steering, transmission and two other unrelated issues a tuand exhaust manifold workI did this partly because of the exorbitant costs from IRA Toyota? I paid $total for fluid exchanges (and the only one conducted was the oil change).? While inspecting my vehicle, the local mechanic notified me that the rear differential gasket was broken and leaking, the power steering fluid was low and dirty? The transmission plug had not been removed in some time, and when the fluid came out it was black like oil, and the magnetic strip on the plug was covered in metal shavings? Additionally when inspecting the brake lines, and fluid reservoir it was determined the entire brake system needed to be flushed.I don't understand why Ira Toyota and [redacted] are so adamant against admitting a mistake? Maybe the service technician forgot to do the work, maybe he was overwhelmed on a busy day and let this job slip? Maybe it is common practice at IRA Toyota to not perform the services paid for to unsuspecting consumers, an additional way to make more money off the consumer? Regardless, IRA Toyota made a mistake and refuse to accept that fact.Additionally the service manager [redacted] is very untruthful in his report? Yes I got angry on the phone call, and told him if the refund was not provided I would contact my attorney, the Revdex.com, the State Attorney General and the Dealer Ratings websites listed on their receipts? I am only following through with the only recourse of action when an unscrupulous business takes advantage of unsuspecting consumers.I also only got angry after [redacted] mocked me during the phone call, telling me that I am "not an important enough customer" to be refunded, seeing as this was the only service I have ever had at IRA? I tried to inform [redacted] that I had previously purchased a Toyota Corrola in from IRA and had it serviced for almost three years there, in addition to a [redacted] I had serviced on multiple occasions? [redacted] wouldn't stop talking over me in a condescending voice telling me that my opinion or story doesn't matter because its "My word versus his" and he would never agree to a refund.Bottom line, I paid for services which were never delivered, [redacted] got called out on it and became very confrontational and aggressive? It is unfortunate that a business I have spent thousands of dollars at is unwilling to admit that a mistake was made, and refund my $[redacted] is a very aggressive, condescending,? uncooperative, unscrupulous? and rude individual I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with.Buyer beware at IRA Toyota and their suspect and shady business practices.Regards,? We apologize the Mr [redacted] is having an issue with his vehicle.? Both the General Manager and the Service Manager will work to rectify the situation and get the vehicle back to Mr [redacted] as soon as possible

Mr [redacted] was terminated recently from the company for an integrity issue. He received a copy of the contract when he purchased the [redacted] . The statement that we charge $to receive a copy of the contract is completely false. We can provide another copy any time he wants

Mr [redacted] purchased a [redacted] with an MSRP of $36,for $32,345.? The internet quote he received was on a [redacted] with an MSRP of $32,and a selling price of $30,233.? There was a mistake on the vehicle identification number on the internet inquiry which Mr***? was made aware of.We would be glad to sell the [redacted] for the price that was quoted for the [redacted] if Mr [redacted] would prefer that vehicle
