Mr [redacted] purchased a used? vehicle from Ira Lexus with 43,miles on it.? He signed a copy of the [redacted] Limited Used Vehicle Warranty.? Based on the mileage and year of the vehicle he had days or 2,miles of warranty.? Ira Lexus has replaced the headlight, fixed the air conditioning and suspension issues all at ZERO cost to Mr***.? This work was done in? May well past the Massachusetts Limited Used Vehicle? Warranty.? Ira Lexus incurred a cost of $2,to correct these issues.Mr [redacted] did purchase an extended service contract which is valid for months or 50k miles from the date and mileage of purchase.? There is a $deductible for covered items.? This coverage is good at any repair facility they just need to get prior authorization before performing any work.None of the items listed above are safety issues from 1-11-and look like regular maintenance recommendations.We disagree that Mr [redacted] purchased a lemon as he has used the vehicle for over a year.? Ira Lexus apologized that Mr [redacted] had some issues with the vehicle but we stepped up and corrected them at no cost to him

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response just simply resolves obtaining the check owed to the customer, though the business states that the monthy promotion error was just a "mistake" caused by human error it does not resolve the persistent mistakes that happened throughout the car buying/lease experience in reference to complaint # [redacted] I understand that by choosing to accept the business response that my complaint will be closed, as evidence to resolve the other unconcluded issues are not as easily closed due to the duration of time that the business needs to clean up its act! Adding that in complaint # [redacted] the customer specifically asked for a hand written apology by the site manager which still has have yet to be recieve but now the customer will abandon any hope of recievingIt was appeartent that the business just wants the customer to go away and no evidence of correction will be madeUnless of course if action by the business was to happen to correct the fundamentals I would not know and that would be my "mistake"! Ms [redacted] would have received the documentation she is requesting as every customer leaves the dealership with a copy of the repair order for their visit. I would be glad to forward a copy

We apologize that our technician? damaged the dash during the recall repair.? [redacted] spoke with Ms [redacted] yesterday afternoon and agreed the repair done to the dash was not adequate.? They have scheduled another visit to resolve the issue.? Mr [redacted] ? assured Ms [redacted] that the dash repair? will be completed? to her and her husband's satisfaction

Good Morning,I am writing to respond to the complaint number [redacted] filed by Mr [redacted] regarding repairs performed on his [redacted] ***Mr [redacted] states we performed “unprofessional repairs” to the rear bumper of his vehicle.Mr [redacted] filed a claim with [redacted] Insurance company for damages to the left rear quarter and the left side of the rear bumper coverAt the time his insurance company inspected the vehicle the damage to the right side of the bumper was presentThis was according to Mr [redacted] who is the staff appraiser from [redacted] Insurance CompanyThe estimate from [redacted] was to repair the left side damages only to bring the vehicle back to pre accident conditionWe performed the repairs according to the estimate.Mr [redacted] called me to complain that we did not repair his vehicle properly and that we returned the vehicle back to him with the damage on the right side not repairedHe stated he wanted the rear bumper cover should have been replaced I explained to him that I contacted his insurance company and spoke to Mr [redacted] He stated the damage to the right side of the bumper was unrelated to the loss on the left side and they would not replace the cover due to the old damageMr [redacted] wanted Ira Collision Center to replace the rear bumper at no cost to himI explained to him that we were not responsible to replace the bumper coverWe performed the repairs per the insurance company appraisalI gave Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] ’s contact information so he could discuss this with his insurance companyI can only conclude that his insurance company refused to replace the bumper cover It was explained to Mr [redacted] that he could file a claim with his insurance company but would most likely have a deductible.Ira Collision Center did nothing wrong in repairing the vehicleThe damage on the right side of the vehicle was present when the insurance company inspected the vehicle and when the vehicle was dropped off for repairsCould the estimator have pointed out the damage to him when he dropped off for repairs? We agree 100% to having an independent 3rd party repair the area

The contract was there in my desk They didn't allow me to clean my desk .They treated me like a ,took so many documents from my desk and ship me what they choose to sendHaving this company talk about integrity is very entreatingMost Car dealers should not utilize word integrityThere is none .This company is one of them .I agree to close the caseI sent them two email before I contacted Revdex.com of BostonI requested other documents that its illegal to withhold I haven't received any Thanks to Revdex.com , They would have never respondedIts part of their INTEGRITYcase closed Regards, [redacted]

Our response has not changed the tires would have passed for inspection

The advertisement clearly states up to 130% of [redacted] value. The Ira Motor Group has given you 110% of [redacted] value for your vehicle which is clearly within the scope of what was advertised. In addition we have heavily discounted every new vehicle you have shown interest in

The cancellation was processed weeks ago and the check was sent to [redacted] bank. When the car is financed the refund is applied to reduce the principal of the loan. The monthly payment will remain the same but the term of the loan will be shortened by the refund. The customer will incur the interest savings on those reduced payments. As of yesterday [redacted] has still not cashed the check we sent. We will follow through and make sure the check is applied to the proper account and the principal on the original loan will be reduced

The info on the contract is not clearly marked and if your company knows that the date on agreement is actutally 5/21/that is the date that my contract should read not the I purchased my car. The year the car went in service that should be year state on my contract you do not put that date on my contract as the agreement effective date. Why is that it is fraud! Regards, [redacted]
