Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Apparently Daxmart does not get it I CANNOT RETURN WHAT I NEVER GOT!!!! HELLO!!!! GoPro received! YES!!! Works fine! YES! HR EXTENDED BATTERY NOT RECEIVED! NO!!!! No idea if it works or notbecause I don't have it!!!! Cannot return the GoPro because as I told you twice already, it was given as a gift & it's not able to be returned to meBut that's not the problemIt's the $battery that was bought & paid for, THAT WAS NEVER RECIEVED!!!! I was also told the battery was $99.99!!!! How did that become $Was this the tax & shipping coming from a different source? I believe it wasSo how does that make it part of the package if it's sold separately????? How can it be on back order if GoPro doesn't even make one???? How can a back order part be part of the package??? This was an additional option that was offered & added to the package by Daxmart!!!!Stop dancing around this & pay what you owePERIODIs this a game or a business? Regardless, I have no desire to play games or do business like thisEnough already!!!! They are running the old scam, "Your [redacted] Business listing has not been claimed" They called meI know for sure that my listing has been claimed and verified through [redacted] When I talked to Daxmart's "representative" he seemed very annoyed that I knew that my listing was claimed and up to date and tried to tell me that I was wrong, insulting my intelligence

This business is a fraud! They advertised one thing and when merchandise is received is not what they described and advertisedAlso when item is ordered through the phone they tell you one thing and the merchandise received is a different thing what the salesman has promised and told you
Consumer should be aware, do not buy from this outfit, especially if item is returned, you will not see the credit back to your credit card account, you have to file a 'stop payment' with your credit card holder in order to stop the payment!
This company they go also by the name "Factory Official" and not Daxmart when they charge to your credit card!

Buying a camera from them, now knowing that they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with, was a terrible decision. I highly do not recommended for any body to purchase from them. I purchased a Nikon Coolpix digital camera for the amount of $on Jun **, 2016, however, I contact the company two times asking how come I did not get my camera, and was told that it was told the camera was shipped and I never did receive the cameraI do need your help in this matter

I purchased a camera online on Dec **, for $ I found that it was not compatible with my lenses and insured and returned it on Dec**,
Their website claims to have "Hassle free returns", but I have still not gotten a credit for this item
I called them sometime in Janand was told the credit came from the supplier and took a while
I called again on Feb*** and was told the credit would be posted on Feb***
To date there is no credit to my *** card I called again today & was told that the supplier in London had to issue a check because the credit would not go through
I am very disgusted & want to get my money back!

I bought a canon 5D Mark 3,but they sent me the wrong one I returned it and they received it on Dec **, I'm still waiting for a refund I have called so many time to solve this issueThen they informed me,"We issued a refund to your credit card"But when I called my credit card company, they said they didn't get it I tried to speak with a manager at Daxmart, but no one has helped me successfully Customer service also told me to email us I emailed them & I received a reply contact saying to speak with sales department Sales department said to email them also It seems like no one wants to help out because they keep sending me to other people every time I talk to anyone So please help me to find my refund thank you

I placed an order on 3/**/from Daxmart for the Canon SLBODY only because I believed the price was reasonable I received an email to call and confirm the order I called and spoke with Mickey Mickey did not tell me certain things, only that the battery and charger were going to cost I asked him, don't they come with the camera He stated we aren't a warehouse or something I said, okay, with my cost from $to $
The next several days, it bothered me and when I received the package on 3/**/2016, it still bothered me that the cost was much more than I saw online The included 'free' item was a inch tri-pod
I called to return for my refund, was so rudely spoken to by the person on the phone just to get my RMA# (return authorization number)# *** I also asked what was the extra charge of $for? He said I should have read their website.....NO, Mickey should have told me they use an 'international' back This is their decision and proble

Returned new unused camera on 12/**/16, I have *** receipt showing that they received it on 12/**/ I still have not received my refund I have tried to reach them six separate times, and have yet been to get anyone to answer their phone once the auto phone system places me on hold What can I do?

I purchased a camera on line and the camera did not work properly I called to return the camera and was told there was a $fee for returns I paid the $and returned the camera months ago but still do not have a refund I have called several times and every time they are extremely rude and not willing to help
Today they said they refunded the money but would not say when and had no documentation as to the refund When I asked for a transfer number to my bank, I was told "I am not the accounting department" and the person hung up

Typical bait and switch business:
3/*/16: Online on Daxmart, I planned on ordering a Nikon D5300 camera & 18-55mm kit lens for $360. Usually this camera with the kit lens is $600-800 so I was skeptical about buying this in fear of inferior quality. Regardless, I placed my order and I received an email from Daxmart confirming that they had received my information.
3/**/16 ~1:30PM: The next day, I received an email from Daxmart with their number advising me to call them for a verbal confirmation of my order. I called them, and in the conversation I found that the camera was not actually $360. I could pay for the Chinese international version of this same camera for over $400. Whether the camera was USA or Chinese version was not specified on [redacted]. I told them I did not want the Chinese version, I wanted the USA version, hoping that the USA version would be $360. They said that the USA version would be over $500. I told them I was not interested and I cancelled the order, no charges to my bank account were made.
All cameras that Daxmart specified were the Nikon D5300 with the 18-55mm kit lens, except none of them were $360 like the website specifies, neither did it specify if the camera was USA version or Chinese version. Both the Chinese version and the USA version were more expensive than the price that was listed.
I cannot recommend this business to anyone. It is a typical bait and switch scam that gives consumers a hesitation to spend their money on the products that should be advertised as the same price and the same model that it specified.
