I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I called Daxmart  regarding the battery that was paid for & never received. Although being put on hold, being transferred numerous times & being hung up on, I finally got through. When I asked about the battery, they again said in a rude manner, the battery is on back & will be shipped out within 2 days & I should receive it by the end of the week. That was 2 weeks ago. I told them this was the second time they told me that. He responded by saying  just return the whole package & I will get credited. He will email me a RMA# then hung up on me. Well, I didn't get a chance to tell him I gave the camera as a gift & shipped it to Arizona & was not able to do that. I just want a reimbursement for the $118.44 for a battery I never received. It appears I will need to continue pursing this until this is resolved.

Apparently Daxmart does not get it.  I CANNOT RETURN WHAT I NEVER GOT!!!! HELLO!!!! GoPro received! YES!!! Works fine! YES! 8 HR EXTENDED BATTERY NOT RECEIVED! NO!!!! No idea if it works or not. because I don't have it!!!! Cannot return the GoPro because as I told you twice already, it was given as a gift & it's not able to be returned to me. But that's not the problem. It's the $118.44 battery that was bought & paid for, THAT WAS NEVER RECIEVED!!!! I was also told the battery was $99.99!!!! How did that become $118.44. Was this the tax & shipping coming from a different source? I believe it was. So how does that make it part of the package if it's sold separately????? How can it be on back order if GoPro doesn't even make one???? How can a back order part be part of the package??? This was an additional option that was offered & added to the package by Daxmart!!!!. Stop dancing around this & pay what you owe. PERIOD... Is this a game or a business? Regardless, I have no desire to play games or do business like this. Enough already!!!!

simply any type of response from them.   I bought the camera for $1649.00 and got the wrong one.  I returned the camera on Dec **, 2015 but was not refunded.  That was the worst decision I have ever made in my life.  Buying a camera from them, now knowing that they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with, was a terrible decision.  I highly do not recommended for any body to purchase from them.  I honestly have called the company at the least 30-40 times. Send letter & email, It is very unprofessional of them not to help me.

Review: In August of 2011, I purchased a Nikon D5100 digital camera package inclusive of $159 consumer protection service 5 year loss/damage warranty from Daxmart in Ocean City, NJ. When I received the camera, the warranty was not included. After many emails and phone calls over the course of the first year, I still had not received it. I occasionally emailed over the next year to inquire but received no warranty. I have records of all of these emails, though not the phone calls. I eventually let the matter drop, feeling I had been conned, but was unwilling to fight it at the time, hoping that I would not have recourse to using the warranty. My camera was recently damaged, and therefore I have use of the warranty which I never did receive, and thus could never review the terms of the warranty or activate it within any time requirements stipulated therein. I felt that if something were to happen, I would be able to call the company and complain and perhaps get them to honor the warranty they sold. or replace the camera. When I recently called, I discovered that the company had been sold to a new owner in 2013 in Brooklyn, NY, under the same company name, and they were unwilling/unable to do anything about an old complaint that pre-dated their ownership. When I inquired if they could do anything or what I could do about it, they hung up on me. Since the online business changed ownership and its new location is in Brooklyn, NY, no longer in New Jersey, I am unsure what can be done. But I would like this matter resolved satisfactorily.Desired Settlement: I would like my Nikon D5100 camera to be either be replaced in kind or by the latest D5200 model from this established business, in recompense both for the poor customer service and the failure to provide the warranty that was legally purchased but never able to be activated. At the least the camera should either be repaired or the $159 warranty cost remunerated, but that still leaves me at a loss because the cost to repair or replace the camera will exceed the cost of the warranty. So I would prefer the camera to be repaired/replaced as a first recourse to settlement.

This business is a fraud! They advertised one thing and when merchandise is received is not what they described and advertised. Also when item is ordered through the phone they tell you one thing and the merchandise received is a different thing what the salesman has promised and told you.

Consumer should be aware, do not buy from this outfit, especially if item is returned, you will not see the credit back to your credit card account, you have to file a 'stop payment' with your credit card holder in order to stop the payment!

This company they go also by the name "Factory Official" and not Daxmart when they charge to your credit card!

Highly not recommended. Consumer be aware!

Review: To Whom It May Concern, The following is to inform you the item you sold to me on Order #[redacted] (Nikon D5500), per previous conversations with your staff, it does NOT meet the description on your website and it is indeed in direct violation of Nikon resale products regulations. This camera is NOT the US version as you claim it to be as advertized on your website. This camera is the Hong Kong version which is clearly marked on the box and it is NO WAY what I ordered NOR what you advertise. The camera, per Nikon manufacturing, is not even registered with them as an original product and is apparently an aftermarket illegitimate/gray market or even stolen product which for obvious reasons Nikon will not support nor give any warranty.Due to all these details, I am sending back the item, just as I received it. The Return Authorization Number given by your company is: RMA# [redacted] and all required documents (proof of purchase, RMA, etc) are included in the box as requested. Since your company and/or any other subsidiaries or alternates have blatantly FAILED to fulfill and/or provide the product that was offered, in turn, your company, and/or any other subsidiaries or alternates CANNOT even try to deny me a FULL refund or even dare to try to charge any restocking fees due to the fact that I am not returning the unit because I do not want it but simply because I have been lied to and this is NOT the product your website offers. ALL charges made from your company to my credit card are been refunded in FULL to me and if there are ANY charges on my credit card processed by your company aside from a FULL refund, it will be in direct violation with the credit card company and myself, and if there is any intent of doing so, your company will be fully prosecuted for it. The Credit Card Company as well as Nikon Manufacturer, have both been alerted of the fraudulent business your company is conducting and further investigations have already been started. Not only you lied about the order being process on the time it was promised, which I had to call every single day to try to even get a tracking number for it, but when I called to inquire explanations about the product not being what is offered I was verbally mistreated, and in one of the many calls I had to attempt doing, the person even hung up on me. Then, as stated above, your product is NOT in ANY way, form, or fashion, is what was offered. Your business is encompassed by extremely rude people, no personal skills, no customer service, and on top of that, fraudulent transactions.This item is being returned to you in the original packaging materials it was sent to me and the scanning at receiving time is enough evidence this unit has been received by your company and no further transactions are needed between your company and me, other than you dealing with the credit card company that is refunding my money back.Attentively,Desired Settlement: entire refund (779.00)

Review: I purchased a GoPro online from Daxmart.com for 331.55 & was told to call to confirm my order. I called & was offered an 8 hr. extended battery. I agreed to pay the extra $99.99 price. The total ended up being an extra 118.44 for a total of $449.99. The problem is, I never received the extra battery. So I paid the $118.44 for nothing. What can I do to get credited back? This was on 3/**/15. Please help. This company is obviously a fraud. According to the reviews, I am not the only ones they have done this to. I have file a claim with the FTC.Desired Settlement: Would like a check or my card to be credited. Thank you, [redacted]

Daxmart.com received, processed and shipped an order requested by the consumer on March **, 2015. The customer received order delivery via [redacted] on April *, 2015. Our office was contacted by the consumer claiming he is no longer interested in his purchase. Our service department processed a return merchandise request towards full reimbursement and emailed instructions on how to return. As of this business day no merchandise was returned. Dear Sir or Madam, Daxmart.com already requested the consumer return merchandise towards full reimbursement; yet due to consumer utilizing product this request was ignored. Daxmart.com emailed the consumer a detailed invoice prior to order receipt from carrier [redacted] tracking#[redacted]. If the consumer is not interested in our products only action required was to refuse delivery to ensure prompt refund. The customer was sold merchandise which was emailed order verification prior release, customer signed & utilized products after delivery. All merchandise accompanied were delivered and request to return merchandise out of discontent was ignored. Any future correspondence regarding this matter shall be addressed with all information posted.
