Day & Night Air is well known for outstanding service any time “day or night” with all Plumbing, Air conditioning and heating issues. Their team is very professional, thorough and get issues resolved quickly and for a fair price. I recommend Day & Night for any plumbing of HVAC needs.

[redacted] came out to fix my leaking hot water heater this past Saturday and was very prompt, professional, and thorough. I think we got an honest price for the job and I would definitely recommend Day & Night to my friends and family.

Had two new AC units installed and I have nothing but positive things to say from start to finish. Very professional and no surprises. On the day of install they showed up exactly on time with 4 trucks and installed a 5 ton and a 4 ton unit. They were finished by 3pm and did a great job of cleanup. Came back a few days later to make sure everything was working properly.

I had an issue with my AC and knew with holiday weekend approaching I didn't want to have NO AC. I called and the office was very pleasant and had RON come out today to ensure it got fixed. Ron was great, very professional, good customer skills and immediately was able to get my system back to full operating status. He is an asset to this company for sure and I have used them for 5 years now (including a replacement unit) and NEVER had an issue! Thanks Day and NIght.

Heat pump installation went perfectly, [redacted] was very knowledgeable and professional. He went out of his way to check the issues we were experiencing with our existing system and gave us all the options and pricing we asked for. The technicians were on time, worked efficiently and were knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The office staff was also very responsive, professional and courteous. [redacted] and a technician came back after two weeks to check the system and to make sure it was working properly. The system has exceeded our expectations and we would recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a new HVAC system.

I have used Day & Night Air Conditioning, Heating, Plumbing for my annual A/C & Heating unit service and repairs. I also used them to rebuild the water service going into my home. [redacted]. performed the A/C & Heating service; and [redacted]. performed the plumbing service. Both were very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Day & Night is a company that I trust. I plan to continue to use them for these services.

After receiving several estimates for two new a/c systems, we chose Day and Night. From the first phone call, to the email of the sales person's background and photo, to the installation, everything was outstanding. The sales representative, Brian, was professional, courteous and not pushy. He was honest and outlined everything from the new units, reworked duct work and rebates. He brought brochures of the units (which out of all the estimates we explored, he was the only one with factory brochures.) The installation went perfectly. The installers were professional and very clean. After a week of the install, a technical representative was sent out to make sure the units were running at peak performance. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. This was a huge investment so we did our homework. Day and Night did a great job and I would highly recommend them.

I contacted Day & Night Air Conditioning for a QUOTE. Instead they sent a technician out to my rental property and determined that it was a thermostate and took it upon themselves to replace it prior to contacting me with a quote. Therefore this an unauthorized service.

Just can't say enough about how great this team is! Aug 11th, the middle of that horrible heat wave here in Phoenix. Our 20-year-old A/C unit blew up in the electric storm, but we didn't realize it until the house got up in the high 80's that night. We're retired seniors, new to Sun City. A guy in our neighborhood raved about D & N, so we called first thing the next morning, and they were here in an hour, even though they said they didn't think they could get here for 2-3 hours. We already knew what we wanted - the most energy efficient Trane unit for our fairly large house. We had done some of our homework via Consumer Reports, and we already had a bid through a Costco vendor from a few months ago. D & N bid was more than $2k less, PLUS we got 10/10 years parts & labor and surge protection on our unit.

They installed the very next day, just 24-hours after we called them. All the D&N techs were EXTREMELY polite, professional, wore shoe covers in our house, and cleaned up every speck around their work areas. Thank goodness for D&N A/C!

I phoned the office as I had discovered some minor hot water issues. Maria was OUTSTANDING with assisting on the call - she even consulted her plumbing manager for some quick advise which I have never experienced. I came to the conclusion that I needed a tech to look at the water heater.

Clint attended to the call. I'm usually skeptical of having service repair people tell me that I 'need' this and that. This was not the case with Clint - he was quick to tell me the issue, didn't oversell or over diagnose. Was honest with his work, he did and charged exactly what was expected - an honest transaction.

Day and Night will be my new go to for Plumbing and HVAC based on my first impression of their company and people.

I really can’t say enough about Day and Night. I think we’ve all had horrible experiences with HVAC or plumbing companies. I prefer Day and Night for a number of reasons. They are a locally owned company (I’ve met the owners, Jeff and Kori), but I also like that they have a lot of guys and trucks so can get to you quick. I also REALLY like the fact that their techs are not paid on commission. I can’t tell you how many other guys have come out to my house and “found” problems. A shout out to Jenifer there, too who has always handled my referrals with promptness and professionalism.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! It began 6 weeks ago when I called Day & Night to get recommendations for some cosmetic plumbing work I was planning to have done. I consulted with [redacted] the plumbing manager via phone to make sure I was buying compatible fixtures, primarily with the shower/tub fixtures I was replacing. He assured me as long as I kept to the same brand that was in the existing shower it was no problem. I special ordered the fixtures and had them shipped, once they arrived I set up an appt for a plumber to come out the next week and asked to have work done same day. The plumber was [redacted], as soon as he looked at the shower fixtures he said the parts weren't compatible and that he would have to put holes in the walls to switch to the new fixtures. He continued through the house and said that the rest of the fixtures would be no problem. He rattled off a couple prices, said he wouldn't do any of the work that day but that he would get back to me with a BID on work and call around to surplus plumbing stores to see if there were compatible fixtures for the showers. We paid the service fee for him to coming out and estimating the work (assuming he'd get back to us with the BID as promised). A week went by, no word, I called and emailed, when we finally heard back from him he said there were no compatible fixtures available (still no BID on the rest of the work around the house). Regardless went ahead to schedule the appt for him to come back out and do the work that was possible, I was transferred to [redacted] who I was lead to believe was another plumbing manager. I expressed my concerns about there being no BID and that I purchased fixtures based on false recommendations, she assured me it was just a miscommunication and we went ahead with the appt. The day of the appt [redacted] was scheduled to come out between 12-3, by 2 no phone call so we called him to see what was going on. He said he called both numbers, no answer, left voicemails and was headed home. Now we both had our phones on us all day, both have call waiting, no missed calls, no voicemails on either phone, we asked if he could come out anyway to do the work since it wasn't even 3 yet, he said he would ask his boss. 20 min go by and still no call so we called him again and he said he was already home and would not come out. This was very frustrating, we took time out of our schedules to be available and we felt as though we had been blown off so he could have an early holiday weekend. I again called Day & Night, asked to file a formal complaint and again transferred to [redacted] who I was led to believe was a manager. She seemed annoyed by my frustrations; I had to ask if anything was going to be done as compensation for my wasted time, a discount, anything? She said she would check with [redacted] who was out for the weekend and would get back to me Mon. I went ahead and scheduled another appt for the following Thur to avoid wasting more time waiting for the work to be done. Mon came and went, no call. I waited and waited until Thur then again I had to contact them to follow up and hear from anyone. [redacted] said my complaints were unjust and that nothing would be done. [redacted] did show up that day and went to get to work finally, but we STILL had no BID for the work which at this point was replacing a kitchen faucet, roman tub faucet, guest sink faucet, garbage disposal and also asked him to change a bad seal on the shower tub faucet that we apparently couldn't replace. He said he wouldn't fix the drip because he would have to go into the wall. Then we finally got a quote of $685 for the cosmetic changes which seemed very high. 5 minutes later it was another $160 for this part, then another 5 min and another $160 in parts. By this point we were looking at $1000 for cosmetic changes?! I was outraged, if I’d heard this BID 4 weeks prior like I was suppose to when he first came into my home I would've never hired them. I flatly told him no and asked him to leave. Then he had the audacity to ask me to pay the service fee again for coming out! He wanted me to pay him for not doing his job the first time around? I told him no and asked him to leave my home, that I would be contacting his supervisors and speaking to them directly. After he left I called Day & Night and left my complaint with the recep who said she would pass it along to her general manager. The GM did get back to me within a 1/2hr, listened to my complaint and was apologetic, he was the one who told me that [redacted] is not a manager at all but the plumbing dispatcher! He asked if there was anything he could do to correct the situation but after 6 weeks of this BS I was done. I told him he should've been involved when I had first complained weeks ago, that it was way too late and that I could never trust his staff with my business. Hopefully he does something to address the horrendous pricing and service. I am all for paying a little more for great customer service and quality work as they advertise but instead all I got was a gigantic waste of time, lied to repeatedly, ridiculously high pricing and absolutely no work to show for it in 6 weeks. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere for all present and future work.

I liked that my invoice from Day and Night Air Conditioning for the seasonal check-up didn't just say "seasonal check-up" but listed what had been done. The technician was efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly and courteous. He even helped me bring an item down from the attic where he was working that I hadn't been able to manage. I appreciated this thoughtfulness very much.

This company was perfect! Fast, communicative, priced right, and the tech was knowledgeable. He shared with us what the problem was and the fix. We will keep this company on our phone list!

I had a pipe/drain back-up at my home. Day & Night had a technician at my home within 2 hours. Jeff did a fantastic job. He resolved the problem quickly, was very knowledgeable and left my bathroom cleaner than he found it. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

They went above and beyond! We had no AC in house for 3 days and husband called them this morning and they were out thus afternoon and fixed the AC when other companies failed to helped! Phillip the technician was wonderful ! We will definitely be using them in the future. Would highly recommend them! Thank you Day and Night!

Amazing service. Fast, friendly, and reliable

After an initial scheduling glitch over night, it was spot on to appointed time. Tech was very thorough in his diagnostic checks to find the problem quickly. Had us up and running in a few minutes. his demeanor was pleasant and respectful.
