Days Inn Wyndham

Very surprised and disappointed that this a Wyndham ! The room didn’t have , lotion , shampoo, Kleenex. The tub had a leak and was running water through out the night, could not sleep hearing that running. Breakfast consisted of yogurt and coffee only. Towels were stained, thin and no wash cloths. We came in late and were very tired , didn’t expect this with a Wyndham!

This motel is the worst Days Inn I've ever stayed at. They excuse dogs barking all night long since they're "pet friendly". The bathroom smelled and the window shade didn't cover the window to the room. To top it off I let the water run for 10 minutes and still had to take a cold shower.
The management's insulting response to this disaster was 3000 reward points ( the equivalent of about $10 ). That is their level of concern for one of the worst nights in a motel I've had in 30 years.
After this nightmare and complete lack of empathy by hotel management and Wyndham as well I will no longer patronize their properties. They should be ashamed of themselves.
