I had a visit by a very nice sales person, he did a quote for gutters, we accepted the terms and the job was scheduledThe day before the job was supposed to be started, I called to see if they knew what time they would be hereThey said they would call right backThe next day (the day of the job) they called back and said they had to rescheduleMy father was visiting my grandmother a few hours away, he lives in Washington State, I could have drove down to hang out with themThe second time it was scheduled, I got a call on Friday (scheduled that Monday) and they had to reschedule againThis time, I had a new furnace install scheduled for the same day so I didn't have to waste days offSo, that was messed up When they came out to do the job, they showed up in an unmarked truck, no logos on shirts (in fact one was wearing a liquor logoed shirt)The guys were nice, but a big company should be able to do betterThey didn't have the gaurds they needed and they did not run the drains away from the house (which was in the quote) It has now been weeks, I keep calling and the rest has not yet been scheduledWhen I call, the people I need are always conveniently out of the office, and they don't call backSo far the only ones with any communication skills are the original salesman, Ginger in accounting, and one person that called on her behalf to say that she was out In my opinion, they are clearly spreading themselves too thin, and if they cannot figure out how to do jobs this far north, then they have no business going to home shows up here

We had a different experience with Bee Windows then we expected When we purchased our windows we were told it would be two days for placement It is now the 9th day in to the schedule and it is supposed to be done Three different Bee Window department reps told us it would be a day job We planned accordingly Moved all our furniture to provide easy access Day one Friday low 30’s: One installer showed up and said he was not given any help This window system is feet wide and feet tall Showed up at 10:and finished at 3: Removed drywall and all of our insulation Five days of an uninsulated wall and below freezing temps Day two, Saturday low 32: Showed up at 10:with no help We turned him away since no meaningful work could be completed Day three, Sunday low 26: No work Day four, Monday low 24: No work, Installer had to go to another project Day five, Tuesday low 18: Since we called and discussed lack of manpower Bee provided an abundance of workers about total They removed studs and two headers from the interior side over a hour period Day six, Wednesday low 29: Removed the exterior sheathing and installed the window They broke one of the two existing windows they were to salvage and turn over to us Day seven, Thursday: Original installer going on vacation so a new crew shows up to patch drywall and work on exterior siding We are advised that someone's wife died and they all would be taking the day off Friday to be with him Day eight, Friday: no work Day nine, Saturday: We were told they would be here between and Dust protection consisted of 1x4s supporting loosely draped plastic A ft wide strip of plastic to the front door By the 5th day of construction we had to cover all of our furniture and carpet because the installers were all over the place If we were informed of not having enough help to complete in two days then we could have talked about another day of installmentWe did our part of moving all furniture purchasing plastic on carpet for protection A single strip of plastic is not going to prevent damage to my carpet and the installers weren’t walking in a straight line in area of construction All we were asking is for communication Our outside wall was not insulted from January 26th to January As the first installer was leaving for the day at 4:he informed us he was going on vacation the next day and a new crew was coming We had to call Bee Window at 4:to find out what was going on This goes back to lack of communication and expectation of the us to be available at all times We had to call the next morning to find out who and when someone was coming to complete the work At the end of the day the crew reported they will need to come back to complete the wood trim two days laterThey stated they are not available Friday due to a gentleman's wife passing away and going to a funeral We understand and will wait for Saturday for the completion of the project and feel sorry for his loss We know all of this could have been solved if we could have been better informed I don’t know of very many families that can do what we have done by being available at all times and for the length of days We were told days then days now here we are in February and still not doneThis was started on January 26th and possible end date February 3rd This is days from start to finish It would have been great if someone would have called us and asked us to wait until you had the staff to complete the task in the time period that was discussed to us The exterior detailing is poor We have large silicone joints keeping water from entering our house This will have to be addressed The siding was cut away so a white trim border had to be installed that doesn't match the rest of our home We sent this same information the day that the installer finished up The sales person sent it on to George and Pam A week later, no response So we have decided to post this negative review where we can to warn others

We first made contact with Bee Windows at a local country fair in August A salesman came to our home on 9/14/showed us their product and took measurements and wrote up our order to replace all existing windows (16) a new storm door and new front door The cost was $14,-cash or 14,financed We let him go ahead and call for financingWe were approved immediately over the phone and proceeded to place the order We were told it would be 6-weeks before the windows would be complete and we would be called to schedule an install dateThe approximate completion date was 10/30/ We didn't hear anything at all for months We started making phone calls to our salesman Bryan L [redacted] and the company - when my husband reached Bryan - he was very ill - when we spoke to the company they stated he'd had a stroke and they had no idea of our order but would look through the paperwork in his files- We were contacted that the order was found and someone would again be com

We've purchased a siding from Revdex.com some years agoThe sales rep assured us that we'll have a lifetime warrantyWe paid little over $10,for our sidingAbout months ago a strong wind ripped through our area and one side of our siding was just flying in the air I've called and left voice mail at Bee Window, NOBODY returned my phone call I sent an email, nobody replied! Had to call another company they quoted us $in repair costs and maybe an additional repair cost based on what any other damagesWe have insurance and $deductible but if we have a "lifetime" warranty from Bee Window why do we need to pay out of our pocket? The installation was lousy to begin withWith strong wind side of our siding was flying and dinging banging on our window They got their money and now don't care anymore about anythingWhy even bother offer any type of warranty if you aren't going to honor it nor respond to phone call/emails?

On 4-22-I signed an agreement to purchase windowsOn 5-5-I gave them $1,as a down payment The widows were confirmed by a man who remeasuredI received a call from the office and an appt was made for 5-27-to have windows installedON 6-6-I called and asked what the problem wasThey insisted that there was a problem and that I had received several calls to work outThe only number they had for me was my cellThere are no calls or messages from anyoneI was given the number of the owner Mrs [redacted] She was curt and not helpful at all, and simply refereed me to another person Finnaly on about 6-or 6-I was told a refund would be sentAs of today No response or refundI called all of the numbers for Bee Windows that I have todayNone answered , all went to voice mailI left a message at 8:amIt is now 11:am no response

We bought windows after the first quote they gave us, so all subsequent phone calls have been told that we already purchased what we neededOne of the callers even had it in their computer system that we bought windows from THEM! Bottom line, it's not worth the hassle to have them come out for a quote

On November 30, I paid Bee Windows half of the contract price to remove a bathtub and replace it with a shower unitweeks later this still has not been doneThe contract says that work will be complete in to weeks after paymentThey finally gave me an install date of Feb16, but then cancelled because they said they did not have the shower unit to installYou would think that after weeks they would have the productI feel they are stringing me along while they use the $that I paid themI also wonder this is a scam on Indians seniors

We replaced windows and sliding patio door in The windows were expensive, but from what I could tell, good quality (*** ***) The quote from Bee was inline with another quote we receivedThat along with the lifetime warranty helped our decision to go with Bee We have been happy with the product and the service They showed up when they said they would and did the job in the timeframe committed to In 2018, we replaced the remaining windows in our house Again, pricey But, we felt that we were getting a good productThey finished the installation today (16May) as scheduled Matt and Mike did a good job, were very polite and were respectful of our home (kept things clean) All in all, we have been happy with the product and service from Bee

Hired bee windows for a panel sliding door Poor quality and poor install I did not know they do not mfg there own product nor do they have there own installers All is contracted out $project and not satisfied

We understand the fine print on the contract that windows cannot be made to fit existing blinds or shadesBut on our contract the notation of us discussing this with the first salesman is noted and his PROMISE to us was that the side windows of the bay window COULD AND WOULD be the same sizeWell they are close to the same size but with the bay window larger than what was there everything is off centerWe asked that the cost of cutting down the center shade and the work be done so the side shades could then be moved in and all would fit and look niceThe second sales person and window measures admitted to us he probably overlooked the situation in the beginningCalled Pam the owner and talked with her personally about the situationShe was suppose to get back...it has been over a month no wordThey ate quick to have you sign on the dotted line and take your money but follow up service was terrible for us and unresolved

Had multiple windows installed by Bee about years agoSince then I have had (I believe) failures due to faulty materials or workmanship....broken seal (allowing moisture to infiltrate between panes) or failures due to thermal stresses (window pane cracks)A 15% failure rate so farBe aware to replace a window that failed due to poor material workmanship (after the short warranty period), you will have to pay $to have a guy to come out and measure the window; another $for the guy to come back and install it and another $for materialsAt this rate, I would imagine they are still making a profitI am a mechanical engineer by tradeGiven the failure rate I have experienced and the "cost" of replacing windows that are defective, I do not recommend this company for window replacementPaying $to have their defective product replaced is unbelievable

We signed a contract with Bee Windows 4/to have our house sided They were to start the job in May They canceled the start of the job timesIn Aug of they delivered the wrong siding to our houseWrong color and wrong typeThey then told us they don't have the siding with the foam attached foam in the color we orderedThey then delivered siding in the color we wanted but not with the attached foam, in Nov The house was not totally wrapped like we were told it would be , they did not replace any of the rotten wood that they were suppose to,and there were places that the foam siding was not put under the sidingThe trim is bent in places and cut wrong and does not meet corners, the chalk is done very messily, our porch light has never been placed back , electrical outlet box no longer closes(I'm sure I'm missing some stuff) Since we financed threw Bee Window, the agreement was to start to pay on the first half of the loan then when the job is completed the

One of our windows was incorrectly removed and had to be covered with ply wood for two weeks while we waited for a replacement
Our bathroom window was ordered incorrectly and arrived without frosted obscuring glassThe incorrect window was installed and a towel had to hang over the window for two weeks
The grid lines in our picture window were ordered incorrectly and that window also had to be replaced
During initial installation, trash and window debris were left all over our yard and underneath windows
Various new and old door hardware and debris was left laying randomly on the floor throughout the house
Following initial installation, the installers took our only key to our backyard home with them on the last dayWe called that same day and the installers told us it would be returned on Monday (days later) by a Bee Window representativeAfter more phone calls, it finally arrived in the mailbox more than two weeks later
For our second round of instal

September purchased a bathtub and enclosure from bee window.From the initial installation it was installed wrong.Have proof from bathtub manufacture and Bee Window representativesAfter or so trips from multiple installers from Bee Window to try to fix the problem it is still not correctBee window has tried to fix it many times but the seem not to have the skilled labor to be installing this type of productI spent $for this product and have had nothing but problems with it from the get go.Every time I think I am getting somewhere with them the person they send out or I talk to does not work there anymore.I have to keep persuing this on my own because I fall thru the cracks with there rapid turn around of employeesI finally received a call from the owner George F* on July and he acknowledged they had issues with the product they sold me and reassured I would get a quality product.He told me to get back with him about scheduling to get a new product instal

Warranty stinks We had Bee windows installed several years ago Expensive, but we were well pleased Recently one small slider (16"x32") developed moisture I offered to take it to their Indy facility to be re-sealed After a couple of weeks I received a phone call saying the warranty was "good", but I would not be allowed to take it to the facility The "tech" fee would be $ I think I could buy a new widow for less moneySOME WARRANTY????

Now one of the windows has a bad sealAnd the company no longer has branches in StLouis areaI contacted them a month ago...Their service department & myself worked out a solutionSince it was not practical to send a service repair from Indiana to IllinoisI was going to have a local shop miles away fix the windowAnd bill Faerber windowsThat was the agreementOnce this was set up...they were going to call me backTelling me it was all aranged with the local glass company
I waited one monthtoday's dateNo call back
I called themThe employee gave me the owner's private cellphone numberI called...she hung up on meI called the company...the same service departmentGot a machine every time Left message...no call back
I eventually received a call back from some Lady

we have had issues from the beginning with the companyLack of communication between salesman and installers, not what we wanted as far as what we told the salesman for siding and windows on our house Unfinished work to our house after they had received their money Have tried numerous times to email owner of company stating problem and pictures of issues on house wanting to keep record of what was said by email, no response in over a month from them

I purchased windows for my house in 2007, was very pleased with them until this past year when I needed to have one of my screens repaired According to the back of my contract with Bee Windows, "Bee Windows, Incwill also re-screen and damaged screens free of charge provided the Customer delivers the screens to a Bee Window, Incstore This Window and Screen Warranty is for as long as the Customer owns the residence where the windows and screens were installed This warranty is transferable." I took my screen to the Fishers, Indiana location and was told it would take days to complete the rescreen, no problem Three weeks later I had to call them and was told they would have to see where they were in that department I then got a call back stating they couldn't do the rescreening because they were Renewal By Andersen windows and I would need to come pick up my screen and take it to Renewal By Andersen I asked Brooke, the lady I was dealing with, if RBA would honor my warranty Her reply was "they should" I called RBA and because this warranty was a Bee Window warranty and not associated with RBA, they couldn't do the rescreening for free but would charge me $ I called Bee Windows back and asked Brooke if I paid for the rescreening would they reimburse me? She had to ask someone and came back and told me no they couldn't do that that "if we touch one of their products, they will take us back to court" Brooke offered that I could speak with George Faeber and transferred me to his office That was on 12/28/2016, I left a message On 1/17/I still hadn't heard from George and called back I was placed into his voicemail again, left a second message and still no return call At this point, I don't feel Bee Window's is standing behind their warranty and I can't get George to call me back! Very disappoint!
