A year ago I had Bee Windows come and put new windows in my homeThe total cost was 10kI put a 2k down payment down and had them finance 8kThere are two separate companies that finaced my window replacement, and I set up auto magic paymentsNot realizing that bee windkws charged me an extra 3k and I found out year laterMy interest rate is 26.99% aprso it's cost me over $in interest charges this past year on there mistake
I have called and talked to the owner Jeff T*** a few timesBut he will not call me back or let me know what is going on, and if they will pay for the interest payments since they were the ones that over charged me
Thanks for your help!

We've purchased a siding from Revdex.com some years agoThe sales rep assured us that we'll have a lifetime warrantyWe paid little over $10,for our sidingAbout months ago a strong wind ripped through our area and one side of our siding was just flying in the air
I've called and left voice mail at Bee Window, NOBODY returned my phone call
I sent an email, nobody replied!
Had to call another company they quoted us $in repair costs and maybe an additional repair cost based on what any other damagesWe have insurance and $deductible but if we have a "lifetime" warranty from Bee Window why do we need to pay out of our pocket? The installation was lousy to begin withWith strong wind side of our siding was flying and dinging banging on our window
They got their money and now don't care anymore about anythingWhy even bother offer any type of warranty if you aren't going to honor it nor respond to phone call/emails?

We had a different experience with Bee Windows then we expected When we purchased our windows we were told it would be two days for placement It is now the 9th day in to the schedule and it is supposed to be done Three different Bee Window department reps told us it would be a day job We planned accordingly Moved all our furniture to provide easy access
Day one Friday low 30’s: One installer showed up and said he was not given any help This window system is feet wide and feet tall Showed up at 10:and finished at 3: Removed drywall and all of our insulation Five days of an uninsulated wall and below freezing temps
Day two, Saturday low 32: Showed up at 10:with no help We turned him away since no meaningful work could be completed
Day three, Sunday low 26: No work
Day four, Monday low 24: No work, Installer had to go to another project
Day five, Tuesday low 18: Since we called and discussed lack of manpower Bee provided an abundance of workers about total They removed studs and two headers from the interior side over a hour period
Day six, Wednesday low 29: Removed the exterior sheathing and installed the window They broke one of the two existing windows they were to salvage and turn over to us
Day seven, Thursday: Original installer going on vacation so a new crew shows up to patch drywall and work on exterior siding We are advised that someone's wife died and they all would be taking the day off Friday to be with him
Day eight, Friday: no work
Day nine, Saturday: We were told they would be here between and
Dust protection consisted of 1x4s supporting loosely draped plastic A ft wide strip of plastic to the front door By the 5th day of construction we had to cover all of our furniture and carpet because the installers were all over the place
If we were informed of not having enough help to complete in two days then we could have talked about another day of installmentWe did our part of moving all furniture purchasing plastic on carpet for protection A single strip of plastic is not going to prevent damage to my carpet and the installers weren’t walking in a straight line in area of construction All we were asking is for communication Our outside wall was not insulted from January 26th to January
As the first installer was leaving for the day at 4:he informed us he was going on vacation the next day and a new crew was coming We had to call Bee Window at 4:to find out what was going on This goes back to lack of communication and expectation of the us to be available at all times We had to call the next morning to find out who and when someone was coming to complete the work At the end of the day the crew reported they will need to come back to complete the wood trim two days laterThey stated they are not available Friday due to a gentleman's wife passing away and going to a funeral We understand and will wait for Saturday for the completion of the project and feel sorry for his loss
We know all of this could have been solved if we could have been better informed I don’t know of very many families that can do what we have done by being available at all times and for the length of days We were told days then days now here we are in February and still not doneThis was started on January 26th and possible end date February 3rd This is days from start to finish It would have been great if someone would have called us and asked us to wait until you had the staff to complete the task in the time period that was discussed to us
The exterior detailing is poor We have large silicone joints keeping water from entering our house This will have to be addressed The siding was cut away so a white trim border had to be installed that doesn't match the rest of our home
We sent this same information the day that the installer finished up The sales person sent it on to George and Pam A week later, no response So we have decided to post this negative review where we can to warn others

I have been waiting to post this (from summer 2015), hoping things would change, but we have not been so lucky
and, I am just now having the windows cleaned for the first time, since I didn't want them saying it was someone else's fault, that something was wrongbut they haven't even communicated w/us for the past year, so, I guess it doesn't matter at this point!
If I were to write everything, it would be a bookwe went w/Bee Window, because they were such a reputable company, but unbeknownst to us us at the time, they were having family business issues (they themselves/owners, told us that, a short time into it), and it was becoming a disaster I can show lots of pictures & documentation (emails & texts), for everything
*it STARTED, w/coming on the wrong week to install windows, when we we were holding til our new roof got installed (& being told off, because I did not want it installed before the roof, & was told it was $40,worth of windows/inventory, & he would NOT take them back to sit in the warehouse, it was too much money, so, they DID install them that day, BEFORE the roof, & yes there was an issue, but luckily, it only involved one window!)
*THEN, it went to having non carpenters "try" to install the wood on the inside
*THEN, not having the rubber seam on the outside (the strips on each window, that is supposed to keep the air out!), put in properly/leaving space for bugs to get in/nest (which has never been fixed right, so we still have the nesting bugs!)& if you open the window, all their "nesting stuff" flies in your house, & don't think about taking the screen out, or they are literally IN your house!
*THEN, seeing daylight thru the edges of the screens (still there!..not fitted properly)
*THEN, to taking over a year to get the inside wood fixed properly (which incl: leaving exposed insulation in a bathrm!)
*THEN, to taking back the screens, w/the good material (which George/owner gave us, do to so many issues w/the screens/windows!), & replacing them back w/the cheaper material, & then STILL sending them back to us, where we could see daylight thru them (that's still how they are!) Meanwhile, the expert people, the Marvin window rep, & their own employees, said it wasn't right BUT...even tho George, the owner, was here himself a few times, & saw the stuff (& said he'd take care of it!), we did NOT get it taken care of, & what was taken care of, took forever to get done, (which stressed the heck out of us, having to call, email, & text constantly!...NO COMMUNICATION on their part)
*AND, they have now told us, they won't warranty any of it, because we held back, $2000, till they finished the job "properly" (& that of course, has not happened yet,!?)
It has been a fiasco!! There is A LOT more to this story & let's just say, it definitely has NOT been worth our $40,000+, for windows, esp NOT our TIME to stay on top of it Hopefully, this saves you, the same hassles, we have had to endure :-(
We are very sure, they will deny this, accusing us for something, BUT, I DO have lots of pictures, and emails, and texts, backing what little part of the story, I have told

We first made contact with Bee Windows at a local country fair in August A salesman came to our home on 9/14/showed us their product and took measurements and wrote up our order to replace all existing windows (16) a new storm door and new front door The cost was $14,-cash or 14,financed We let him go ahead and call for financingWe were approved immediately over the phone and proceeded to place the order We were told it would be 6-weeks before the windows would be complete and we would be called to schedule an install dateThe approximate completion date was 10/30/
We didn't hear anything at all for months We started making phone calls to our salesman Bryan L*** and the company - when my husband reached Bryan - he was very ill - when we spoke to the company they stated he'd had a stroke and they had no idea of our order but would look through the paperwork in his files- We were contacted that the order was found and someone would again be com

I purchased Bee Windows Years ago with a Lifetime warrantyI have had several fixed in the past by bringing them to their office and getting them repaired for $
I just called to see when I could bring one in for repair as the seal is broke and has condensation inside the glassThey informed me it would be $to come out and measure, $for repair and another $to come back out with the windowIf I let them put a sign in my yard I would save a whole $
At the reduced rate of $per trip it would cost $to repair one sashThis would be $for the sashes that make up the window That's more than the original cost of the window which was $
I have other sashes that I need repaired but I don't think so at these prices
This is a first class example of gouging a customer after you have paid big money for their product So much for lifetime warranty!!!! Beware!!!!!!!!

I recently had windows installed by Bee Windows and if I got to do it again, I would not even consider themThere were several mistakes made during the process all of which should of been avoidableFirst, they called me a day before install and had to reschedule the install date bc the windows hadn't been made yetI had to pay half the money up front so they could order them and if they order them a month in advance like they said, this wouldn't have been an issueFurthermore, they took a window out that they didn't have on the truck and had to make a makeshift window until it came inFinally, Patrick their VP of Sales blamed everything on the manufacturer and took no blame through this processHe was very rude and won't let me get in contact with George to talk about my process because he should lose his job over itI would never recommend them for any sort of service

In October of I ordered some windows and a door from Bee Windows In December of 2015, the company came and conducted measurements for the door and windows openings After the measurements occurred, there was a problem as to how the window and or door was to open The representative who conducted the measurements said that he would have to bring the sales associate (MrSteve D***) back into the conversation so the problem could be resolved
Unfortunately, MrD*** left the said company, and so we were assigned a second sales associate That associate stated that he was not fully aware of the problem and would have to do some research with the individual who took the measurements and they would contact me back to see if they could resolve the problem
After several more weeks had passed, I contacted Bee Windows and received no phone calls back I began to receive bill notices from *** *** which was a lending institution who financed the project The project wa

In August, 2018, we ordered a new entry door from Bee Window The required deposit was submitted via of personal check The deposit check cleared our bank days later
This past week, the cleared check was once again submitted by Bee Window to our bank Resubmitting a cleared and posted check a second time, created much confusion and problem with our checking account Leading to our checking account being frozen until the problem could be resolved on the banking end
I have called Bee Window numerous times to discussed this issue I was directed to the operations manager with my issue To date no one at Bee Window has returned any of my calls including our salesman who took our order

I have Bee Windows in my house with a lifetime warrantyI have replaced or Windows previously due to broken glassI now have another window glass to replaceThe window is X My lifetime warranty covers the glass, which seems appropriateHowever, Bee Windows wants to charge $just to come out to see what kind of glass they needAnother $to come to my house to replace the window glassAnd $for labor My first question as why a trip is needed to see what kind of glass....they put the windows in my houseA total of windows I might addSo now my lifetime warranty is costing me
$for a SMALL windowI was told the $for both trip out would be reduced to $125, if I allow a sign in my yardWhy??? Would I allow a sign for this company to be out in my yard?? I do not advertise business I feel are ripping me off These fees are excessive!

We liked Jeremy the salesmanHe was a sales man and he was like all the other ones so no point in complaining about thatthey installed all windows in one day and they look amazingthe installers are so friendly and took care of our home and our puppies so that nothing happened to themafter installation they walked the out side and made sure not a spot of paint chips or wood was left on the groundit was like they were never there but gorgeous windows appearedthe price was on the higher side so be prepared for that but the quality was greati can lift the window with one hand

Hired Bee Window to have doors replaced in home Sales person came out and several door styles and pricing options were discussed Decided on an option and price This option was later changed for structural reasonsAs the doors were being installed, I discovered a math error in the original contactTried to contact the company several times and even sent them a copy of their worksheet where the error occurred They have not responded to repeated calls

On November 2nd, my wife and I signed a contract to have all of the windows in our custom built home replaced by Bee Windows We chose Bee Windows, after getting estimates from three additional companies, because Dallas C***, their sales rep, assured us that they would provide top quality products, installation and service We also chose Bee, which was not the cheapest company, because they could custom stain the interiors of the windows to match the existing windows being replaced and current woodwork in our custom home We were very specific about this because we wanted to make sure that Bee could perform this work to a quality standard befitting our home We were assured multiple times by Dallas that Bee had factory trained stain technicians and the work would be performed correctly I even ask if we could stain the windows ourselves, only to be told that we could not provide the same quality finish as their finisher could, as they had a special room for staining and a f

I had a visit by a very nice sales person, he did a quote for gutters, we accepted the terms and the job was scheduledThe day before the job was supposed to be started, I called to see if they knew what time they would be hereThey said they would call right backThe next day (the day of the job) they called back and said they had to rescheduleMy father was visiting my grandmother a few hours away, he lives in Washington State, I could have drove down to hang out with themThe second time it was scheduled, I got a call on Friday (scheduled that Monday) and they had to reschedule againThis time, I had a new furnace install scheduled for the same day so I didn't have to waste days offSo, that was messed up
When they came out to do the job, they showed up in an unmarked truck, no logos on shirts (in fact one was wearing a liquor logoed shirt)The guys were nice, but a big company should be able to do betterThey didn't have the gaurds they needed and they did not run the drains away from the house (which was in the quote)
It has now been weeks, I keep calling and the rest has not yet been scheduledWhen I call, the people I need are always conveniently out of the office, and they don't call backSo far the only ones with any communication skills are the original salesman, Ginger in accounting, and one person that called on her behalf to say that she was out
In my opinion, they are clearly spreading themselves too thin, and if they cannot figure out how to do jobs this far north, then they have no business going to home shows up here
